Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If you can't afford the refund, MAN-UP and say so. The way you're going about it is nothing short of absolute douchebaggery.

I'm sure he must be on parole, he got busted with 100 plants and is not in jail. I will have to call his town police and file a complaint and see what information they can provide. This guy has no sense, he actually thinks he holds the cards.

Principle? You sent 9 snakes instead of 10, sent one sick one which died, and miss sexed a carpet. You're principles are a little skewed. He is your CUSTOMER who paid you a lot of money. You should be jumping over hoops to make him happy.

Though there is this charge called telephone harassment that your definitely in violation of, with me asking you to not contact me via text and you continue to do so. Threaten me with law again, You don't even know enough about it to use it effectively against me. If you continue your ranting and raving, threats, blackmail, etc I simply wont pay you a dime, thats a promise.

You want to act as if theres something you can do? Look at the tons of people that have been straight robbed of animals on BOI What happened? Nothing. Just like nothing will happen here If i don't pay you. What happened to the guys that sold a shit load of fake hets for mega money? Nothing. What happened to the Wises that robbed everyone? Nothing. Want me to keep naming people that got away with much worse then what Im doing?

I told you, refund, and shipped animal Monday. It wont happen sooner. Keep up the BLACKMAIL (illegal mind you) and you will get exactly what you deserve

Well Patrick....what Chris is doing is not a crime

STEALING is a crime...and if you don't refund him, that is exactly what you are doing, that last email you just sent him can pretty much be used as a confession when he contacts the police in your area.
 
I'm pretty sure threatening someone not to hand over the property they are legally owed unless they comply with you is also a crime. Forget what its called tho.
 
At the same time, he has offered to do the right thing, in only 2 days. It's not like it's been 6 months, like in that OTHER thread with sick animals.

As an aside, 'suckier' and 'douchbaggery' in the same thread. I like :D .

Chris can you please post the emails between you and Patrick from when Patrick changed his mind and you two began discussing other options?

Patrick please understand this is a reasonable request on this BOI and don't use it as a reason to threaten Chris anymore.
 
did you pay via paypal (hopefully credit card back up ) you can dispute it with your bank and in the mean time they freeze the funds i sure at that point he will act a little faster but he just cost himself alot of money he could be making as no one will buy from him if they read this $320 or what ever amount is nothing compared to not being able to sell anymore to customers that read this
 
Wow....Chris, it sucks that you are having to go through this, and what's worse is that the poor pythons suffered so much at Patrick's hands. Starving, emaciated animals like that all packaged together in one bag? It's a wonder they didn't try to eat each other.

Patrick Malloy, whether or not you refund Chris, you've earned yourself a big old spot on my DO NOT BUY FROM OR SELL To list. I'm sure you've found a similar home on many others' lists.

You have achieved levels of douchebaggery here formerly known only to French monarchs. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, letting your poor animals suffer in that condition. And then to try to play it off like YOU'RE the victim? Gimme a break.
 
So...

I got the olive python that Patrick forgot to send today via fed ex. It arrived OK.

He told me all week he would put a 150 dollar money order in the box for the one that died.

He emailed me last night with the tracking number saying he did not get a chance to go to the post office, but he would paypal it to me first thing this morning. it is 12:00 and 2:00 his time, I have yet to receive my refund for the one that died. I have sent him a text and an email hours ago asking what the status of this LONG overdue refund is, i have yet to hear anything.
 
Chris, Want me to post your texts? "Olive arrived healthy and fine Thanks when can i expect my refund?" Please note the only reason there was not a USPS MO in the box is because I couldn't make it to the PO in time to do so and I simply just don't trust moneygrams etc. I told you this.....

I would like to also address your "long overdue" comment, so animals you got the 11th and todays the 17th...thats real long time. Due to your own actions of not working with me on a viable solution, either, send back snakes for full refund)option A or I send you olive and $210 )B that you denied both of them. Having delayed a solution to this and how you went about it is the only reason you haven't got your refund.

You will get your money when I send it to you. Itll be fast, and prompt, but not right now. Most vendors don't even issue refunds, just credits....so be happy I agreed to do a refund at all.

I will not with hold your refund, never said I would. I never tried to with hold anything from you.
