    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I know there's at least one thread about BHB but I searched "BHB Reptiles" and it showed me zero results sooooo....

The last thread I saw about them said they were sending snakes out with mites so I figured I'd avoid them. But they had a kingsnake I really wanted to get my hands on... They replied to emails in a timely fashion and even sent me pics of 4 different snakes for me to choose which one I want. They called me the day they got the payment and shipped the next day through Fed Ex.

Good service, great snakes, and no mites. Though I still kept the new arrival in an enclosure sprayed down with provent-a-mite beforehand as a precaution.

I'd say they still know what they're doing.
 
Last year I placed 3 orders (maybe 4) with them and was very satisfied with all the snakes I purchased. They were accurately represented, properly sexed, and all took f/t rodents without a problem. No one had any issues, mites or otherwise. I enjoy their fast communication via e-mail and sending the tracking info. Their shipping technique was also top notch. I will be placing orders with them again! Thanks BHB Reptiles!
