    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bill, you are the gift that keeps giving. I don't mean to mock the BOI with that description ... its the format that we have, and we make due. But in your response to Dave's questioning, you replied

After much teeth pulling, you admitted the truth. The evidence was overwhelming. So, as others have pointed out, what is the relevence of any stated percent? Lets speculate. If you had been innocent, to have 95% of the people aligned against you would have been a an undeserved tragedy. But you, and at least 95% of us, knew you had perpetrated this whole event. My conclusion is that the 95% figure that you quote (not to lose sight of those who still certify you as a "Good Guy") is meant to confirm the middle section of the old adage where "you can fool some of the people all of the time..." Not sure how many posts you have here Bill, but IMO its about 95% too many. I would hope that your future in the business never returns to this point, and wish you well.

How did you justify to reptibid that you were pulling the ad? Do they know that you were selling stolen property? How did you advertise that the snake was available, and set up the trade?Was the trade made after you sent payment for the snake, or did you trade stolen goods? If you hadn't paid yet, did the person you traded with know they were trading for stolen goods?

Why is it out of hand?
I would remind people also that this thread is entitled "Bill Leverton SCAMMER beware". We are supposed to utilize existing threads. I think they are valid questions that are on topic.

So, now he says it not the same snake all over agian. There are too many markers on that snake to make it another unless it is a twin. Is that not worthy of keeping the thread on top. There will never be pictures of that snake again.

I really do not know why people keep harping on this. Bill has had every opportunity to shed some light on this and all we have gotten is a bunch of double talk and innuendos. Sound familiar? It should, it is pretty much what every scammer does.

What else really needs to be said about this particular incident? The act itself and his actions since explain it all. Bill is a thief and a scammer. The name Leverton will forever be tainted in the reptile community. End of story.

Lee got his money at 12 noon oops 12:02 Thursday I traded it yesterday so in the eyes of the law so to speak it wasn't stolen goods.But I'm sure you find something else to insinuate
 
Just because you got caught does not mean that the snake wasn't originally "stolen". Don't lessen what you actually tried to do, just because you got caught and paid Lee the money in an attempt so save your so-called reputation. Besides, you posted the snake before Lee even got his money. So you really were attempting to sell/trade stolen goods.

I think Bill is doing a smart thing by choosing not too post here anymore....I mean why dig yourself deeper into a hole that already needs heavy shoring and caution tape per OSHA guidelines.

That being said, I have absolutely no regrets in posting this, in spite of the fact that Billy asks so politely at the end of the email that nobody say anything about it. I got it from a friend of a friend of an anermy of a friend of a friend. I am posting it exactly as I got it, and if any of the 6 would like to come here and say that it is not what they got, then I will go ahead and take my lumps for "editing it" . The box arrived damaged there is doubt( after Ben) showed up that’s when most people jump fence sides that’s when I headed out. the point of them being similar wasn’t an issue its the tip of the tail, that was nothing more then just words I typed once Ben got there nothing I could say would of mattered, At this point only I knew the truth. nobody was listening Blood was drawn sharks start circling.....Ok Here it is .......Lee sent me a Dh Ghost ....(Lee's first post).It arrived late Yes it is true the box had A BIG HOLE covered over with cell tape This is all Known......What isn’t Known is the afterwards(wasn’t giving sharks anymore Blood)..I went crazy running all over all the hubs of UPS raising all kinds of hell (close to jail couple of them) on May 1st I went to Texas to visit my daughter. When I got back there was a message on my answering machine, From the police department saying that I needed to get In touch with them (my 1st instinct oh what did I do now)Well as it turns out A UPS handler was arrested and upon a search of his house, what Did they Find MY BOA....Ok boys and girls here comes the ??? Why didn’t I contact Lee well to be honest the snake was not in my possession. and my thought was its not here yet so I legally hadn't taken possession of it, So there was no real need The deal between Lee and I was still the same $200 me $175 Lee. And when the thread started my first thought was Crap I only needed 10 more days(getting Lee's snake he plead guilty and will be sentenced on 7/20) Hence Lee getting his $200 Back. Excuse NOPE Truth Now as it sits I will be E-mailing Lee, when I have possession asking for Address to ship it back to him and pay paling him the $200 I know that you all are thinking why didn’t I just come forward with this up front Because I needed to see who was for real and not swayed by the crowd and out all of them you 6 are the ones before all this crap went down I had the most respect for ok now for the individual notes here lets start with Dennis you and I have done business together and even though you pulled your vote you didn’t go negative Thank you. Simply supply the police report and that will take care of that. And prove all of us to be untrusting boobs.

Although I must say, I have never seen an honest man try and bury the truth just as an "experiment" to see who would stand by him. Just does not sound right to me. But hey, humans do a lot of things that do not sound right to me.

If he did not have the snake in his possession, how did he take a picture of it to sell it?
 
I still just want confirmation that that is what was sent. Until then, looks like I could have fabricated it. Fun stuff!
 
After reading that a few times, two things came to mind:

1) What a pant load THAT was.
2) If the UPS dude thing is true....and Bill witheld that info along with the rest of the story.....It sheds an even WORSE light on Bill.
