They could certainly try and others have tried in the past. They were profoundly disappointed. I dont believe I made a personal post after receiving that email reflecting an opinion either way about Bill. Irregardless of the email, I probably would not have posted to this thread again in a personal capacity. I had said what I needed to say and saying the same thing over and over again would have served no purpose.

My waiting was all about giving Bill enough rope. It was his choice to use it or not.

For what reason would he be banned? We have never banned anyone here just because they stole or were caught lying. For example, Sal is still here and he has done much more than Bill has so far. Violation of site rules is usually what will get someone banned. Otherwise, we would be banning every single bad guy that came here to post in his defense. Would kinda make things one-sided don't you think? Again, think rope....

FYI, banning someone will never be put to a vote. That is left to the discretion of the 4 of us that have that ability.

In hindsight, considering all the evidence, my gut now tells me that Big Bill and Little Bill were one and the same individual in all references here. Not saying Little Bill doesn't exist, can't prove my hunch, and don't care to re-hash all the inconsistencies there. But the denial was very unconvincing, and the multiple levels of lying here remind me of a simple thought process a boss told me long ago .... "I may have been born at night, just not last night!"

Never said it didn't stink of manure, it certainly does. And I never said it wasn't pertinent to this thread. I just disagree with posting it immediately after it was received. That would have served no purpose but generate 50 new pages with no new info.

Now that the time frame Bill himself stated in the emails has passed, he has no reason not to come forward and post this information himself. The fact that he has not and has not come forward with any promised information is very telling.

Just imagine if this had been posted when Bill sent it. There would probably be atleast 50 new pages of posts by people asking Bill to post his proof, calling him all sorts of names, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Now Bill would do one of two things. He would post he would have the information in the time frame given or he would not post at all. Either way, no new information would be presented. Now here we are, after the time frame has passed, and Bill still has not posted.

Consider you are reading this thread for the first time. You get to that email, but now you have to wade through 50 pages of useless crap to find out if Bill post the promised info. I have had that happen to me and it pisses me off to no end. I will not be a party to perpetuating that kind of thing.

I like things in a nice neat little package. Waiting until now to post the email ties it and all the subsequent post together. They flow, they have continuity. IT ISN"T SPREAD OUT ALL OVER THE DAMN THREAD!

Give someone eough rope and they use it. By waiting, Bill was given ample oppurtunity to gather the required documentation to prove his claim. He failed to do that. He is now dangeling from the end of that rope.

Would I have posted that email? Eventually, yes. I have just been lazy and busy with my daughter and it just wasn't at the top of my priority list. Davey just happened to beat me to it.

Yea, I did take your posts as meaning you would have posted the email back on 07/13 if you had received it. So looks like we are on the same page then. And I do agree with you that it probably should have been posted sooner. I just really didn't have the time to do it and then attend to all the flake that would have resulted.

Not really because the email arrived a bit later on. I was just really shocked from the onset that Bill would do something like this, and I found myself at a loss for words (good or bad) throughout the thread.

But really...this was like hunting a fainting goat. Have you ever seen one of them? You say BOO and they drop like a rock. This was no fun....just major dissapointment.

But I wanted to give credit where credit is due, back when you were saying (and I paraphrase) "there's something else going on here". The insider email certainly meets that definition. If you had caught wind of it, I thank you for trying to provoke it out into the open early on. If not, you sir are of ESP quality or something even more bizarre, maybe with a 360 head, and I may have to wear a silver cross whenever we meet. Again, I tip my hat.

I'm still curious, Chuck, as to why when 7/21 passed you felt the e-mail should not be publicized? Don't you think that Bill had forfeited his right to any consideration beyond that? And don't you think that is was totally germane to the issues raised in this thread? The fact that he used Wendy to add credibility to his lies speaks volumes about his character. If he was looking for a "middle ground" he has a deep mine to climb out of now, no light, no map, and the canary is no longer singing. JMHO of course.

...OK, expanding on the "Kodiak Wood" persona ..

For those who didn't spend the two hours to read the entire thread, the discussion is about one more "problem" in Bill's long list of travesties here, and his likelihood to continue business as other entities, as he has likely already done. Of specific reference is post number 477, page 96, by his "son" explaining that the "Kodiak Bill" identity is separate from his Father's business. Short and incredibly convenient, here's one passage

Just sounds FOS to me. So much of this outfit is not like any other family. Doesn't pass the smell test. Then we have this:

My but isn't that convenient. I tried to put myself in the shoes of the "uninvolved son". and none of my words came out as posted here. As for the IP info divulged in other posts by Dennis, etc, I'm no satellite dish wiz, but four houses away is too far for any wireless router; and "hey neighbor .. just let me run this cable through your yard, OK?" Maybe I don't know the logistics how it could be done, but its a stretch eh?
Unfortunately, Bill will be able to shed any identity that draws suspicion anyway, reinvent himself, and continue his low-life ways. Why keep beating this one? Bill has shown himself to be a thief and liar at every level of his thread. All of the earlier contriteness and repentance was there for those still gullible. To believe that this was his only rip-off is just too naive. And he'll do it again. With all the other info assembled by others (nice work!) ... its a duck !!
