I really don't know what to put for the prefix, as i don't really wanna call them bad either, i never had the thought of even puttin them into the board of inquiry.. I'm kinda forced to as they are not replying my e-mails. I'm just very dissapointed with this matter.
On the 17th of October 2009, i inquired some dragons from Bloodbankdragons (Barry) and his wife (Kisa), they were extremely friendly towards me and it was great talking with them. I inquired a 1.0 Red Trans Italian Leatherback, 0.1 Red Probable double het italian leatherback, 0.1 Lemon Citrus Trans Italian Leatherback and a 0.1 Normal Double het italian leatherback.
I was really happy with what i ordered, even had pictures with them as i inquired, lovely animals i had there. Everything that was left was the payment that wasn't made.. So we had e-mail conversations about the dragons, i asked him alot about genetics until the date of my export came, you see i'm from Malaysia, it's very far away from the States. As soon as everything was working well, i paid the amount that was stated for my group of beardies. Was anxiously waiting for them to arrive. As soon as they arrived, i went to check them out, my 0.1 Double Het Leather and my Lemon citrus trans were perfectly alright, the problem was my Red Trans Italian Leatherback and my Red Double Het Leatherback.. According to barry the dragons were 12" each.. And in the pictures they were RED.. My Red Trans Italian leather ( he passed away 2 weeks after he arrived) came orange and my red double het came as a citrus.. ( she still is that colour until now)
Before sending an e-mail to Barry i thought they would need some time to settle down before their colours started comming in.. After a week of eating and basking, the females colour was still yellow and the male was orange.. The male wasn't doing so well either.. So i decided to e-mail Barry, i showed him pictures of my dragons and i also asked him what he could do with them. Here's the e-mail that he sent to me...

We have no problem exchanging the dragons that you are not happy with. The problem that we are facing is getting them to you. As you know exporting is a larger expense. Steven the owner of Bloodbank would like to see pictures of the dragons that you received. Preferably not blurry so that we can see the patterns and colors clearly. He really wants to take care of this and make this right for you, as we know that you put in a lot of time and money to this export and purchase. We are sorry that you did not get what you were looking to get and for all of the inconvenience involved.
Could you please email us new pictures of the two that you do not like so that Steven can see where things got mixed up? Thank you so much. We will talk to you soon.

I haven't heard from anyone of you since my last correspondence more than a week ago.
Thanksgiving is already over and hope this issue will not drag on till Christmas.
Please give me an immediate reply to keep me updated on the situation.
This is truly frustrating as I really want these dragons that I chose and specially picked out from early October.
I trust that you will take this matter up seriously, as I have heard many good things about Bloodbank Dragons.

We can definitely send something new if there is another export going in. We just need to know their information to make sure we can have a few animals added.

They stated that yes they would replace them and i do understand that exporting them is a much larger expense, i understood them but i still wanted my right dragons.. There's really nothing i can do and it lies in their hands to do something for me.. There was no news about a shipment from US comming in until NOW, i finally could plan out a shipment from US and was thinking that bloodbankdragons could do something with my situation. I also do plan on getting new dragons from them. I haven't recieved a reply since sunday when i sent out my e-mail to them.. Iv'e tried reaching Barry and Steve and they haven't replied until today..
Honestly i hate to put their name here.. But i really don't know what else to do with my situation.. I'm just really dissapointed in the matter as my shipment date is comming up soon and i have yet to recieve a reply from them..

Maybe its a new sales tactic. If they dont see it, it's not really there.
