    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

donny ,you want shamless self prom? send him a cage for just shipping costs to let him decide on your quality ,im sure he could post a through opion on cage.i mean after all he is planing on buying a lot more caging.
as for custer service yes i only am hearing on side but i must admit after even just one side i would be very reluctant to give my hard earned money to a biz that acts in such a way.if i was {im not i dont keep snakes just reptiles} in the midist of a tough choice in new cages something as simple as this could easily push my choice one way or another.

Hi Craig!

Just offering my help since Jeff Ronne has been  such a hard man to reach in the past.  It seems like customer service is the biggest gripe that people have with some of the other cage people.  The best I can do from a customer service standpoint is promise that ALL inquiries before, during, and after a sale (or just questions in general) will be answered within 24 hours.  

When I am facing a difficult decision about who's similar products to purchase, I just leave everybody an e-mail.  Whoever gets back with me first usually wins my business.
