I don't feel I've trashed him here. He has been in contact just weird that I have a baby retic I bought locally in the same setup is about to eat his second meal with me.

I wasn't referring to you.

Sometimes, babies get stressed and it takes a while for them to eat. Shipping is very stressful for some.

Bob will make sure you are happy and the snake is happy, he's the most straight up, honest breeder out there.
two years ago , I was waiting on a retic and Bob contacted me right away to let me know that of all the snakes sent that time in Canada, the border inspector stuffed mine in a way the snakes died by suffocation, he told me to pick another one and shipped that out to me with no stress at all.. always answers emails and gest back to you asap.. and he's a busy guy
best of luck with that little baby, I'm sure he'll do fine in time.

These snakes are NOT housed in the same tub. I was stating I have two exact same sized tubs. One has the burm and one the retic. They are also in different rooms. The retic will eat his second meal with me today the burm won't eat. I DO NOT house snakes together in one cage ever. I'm not that stupid

To anyone reading this thread, I would summarily ignore anything Elexis has to say... she has a long history of going off half-cocked when people disagree with her, or simply asks questions that might DARE call into scrutiny ANYTHING she's done. She's either sticking up for a friend ill-advisedly, or witnessed one incident out of context and now she thinks she can grab attention for herself by smearing a "big name".

You "can't imagine why anyone would buy from such a person"? How about he came here in the face of completely unsubstantiated allegations and likely incorrect husbandry on the part of a customer and conducted himself as calmly and professionally as could be, instead of going off like a shrieking harpy? Just reading this one thread I can easily imagine why someone would want to do business with someone like that. Can't say the same about you.

To the OP, you can trust Bob Clark to make things right and work with you to get your animal eating, and I have full confidence he will replace it if it doesn't thrive, as he offered. He has been in the business longer than most, is one of the godfathers of boid breeding, has had many thousands of successful transactions, and as you can see, handles himself reasonably when there are issues, even if you've caused them. Best of luck to you and your new snake.
