    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It's nice to know that your philanthropical phase is over.

All the "help" you provided by bringing back nitwits and halfwits and lackwits didn't really work out too well did it.

I suspect you really are BEST at looking out for yourself because you have contributed a BIG ZERO here as far as I know in actual help to ANYONE other than yourself or the "wits" you brought back and continually support.

Dan, I have yet to see how this thread concerns you, I do apperciate the amounty of profanity. That takes a lot of class to use asteriks.

This thread has brought out a lot of light in people and darkness in some. As stated and seen in earlier post, Neil will always stick up for Sal. Sal will not care if his reputation is of value here and Dan is way out in left field.

Until any of this changes we will continue to hear of those who were never paid back or made right on his deals, also we will here from those unfortunate people that Sal did wrong in the upcoming future. If the winds and tides have changed, we may even start hearing from people that Sal has done good deals with. Until that happens I for one am staying away from Sal, which I figure will be a long time.

That says something right there. I do love how these guys write the exact thing all the time. They always say that the "Fauna gang is hiding behind their computer screens. Well Bud, I will be at the Anaheim show, and I have made no effort to hide that. Are you going to be there? I live in Higley, AZ and it says that in my profile. How about YOU where are YOU located? And after all of this, what conclusion can we draw here? Don't do business with anyone from Florida with rare exceptions (ie Ben etc). That has been my stance since day one and thus far no issues whatsoever. I find it very interesting to see that the people in question all are from the same are. Coincidence? I think Chuck was onto something.

Along with Ben Siegel, I would add Mike Greathead, John Schmitt, Michael Cole, and Gino Sassani to the list of good guys in Florida. I have met all of them and done business with some of them. And of course there is our fearless WebSlave. :rofl: :rofl:

I know what were saying and all, but still. I'm from Florida, I'm just starting out, and when people say stuff like that it kinda gets to me.

I have no control over what Neil, Sal, or anyone else does, and just cause I'm in the same state, I might lose sales cause of what these people( I use the term loosely) have done, thats not really right now is it?

Like Jim said there are some good guys in Florida, I hope to prove myself to be one, but if people stay away from me just cause I'm in Florida, how could I do that?

I know you didn't mean everyone in Florida is bad, but someone might read it that way.
 
I don't REALLY think you need to worry Bruce Ungerer. While there is SOME weirdness associated with the number of scumbags in Fla. I don't think you're under anymore REAL scrutiny than anyone else.

Your reputation will be built by what you do and how you do it, NOT by where you live. You'll see as time goes on and your name gets known.
 
Bruce, I have known you for several months now and have no issue with you. My comment was intended to be more in the general sense. The relationship between locale and scammers is quite high in Florida and with few exceptions, I generally steer clear of doing trades with Floridians. I hate to say that a few are ruining it for all but the likelihood of me being taken is much greater in Florida then other states. I have done deals with Ben, am in the process of doing something with Mike etc so my comment was certainly not intended to be all inclusive. However, the relationship that I referred to is right on the money.
