Is there any way at all to equip the forum's search option with the ability to search for an exact phrase? It seems like every other time I try to search for a business name, the search feature tells me that some, several, or ALL words in the name have been excluded because they were too short, too common, etc. I cannot, just as an example, search for GLK Herp. I cannot search for any business name that uses one, two, or 3-letter initials, in spite of the fact that a quick google search reveals there's really only one GLK Herp.
That's right--in order to find BOI posts on GLK Herp, I have to use Google, which seems to have no problem finding them among Fauna's BOI posts--but Fauna's own search function cannot do it.
A business with a name like "All Those Reptiles" would be opaque to the search--it refuses to search for the words "All" or "Those", and there is no way to force it to search for the exact phrase.
I've no idea what sort of technical issues surround this problem, but considering how incredibly useful it would be to be able to find a thread on anyone who comes up in a BOI post quickly, it might be a priority. It would certainly prevent people from having to make new posts and then wait several days for responses about a business that has already been discussed in the past.
