Don't get your knickers in a knot.
It just seems to somewhat defy logic that a cup filled with shavings "up to the rim" would have scant room for either snake or the oxigen needed to keep it alive.
It seems obvious that this is not the case as I have no doubt you have used it many times.
I still don't see how living in "rodent tunnels" can be compared to being stuffed in a cup full of shavings. One could logically assume that the tunnels these snakes live in are of sufficient girth to allow the snake to move freely, to turn as needed, even reverse direction, without being compressed on all sides.
For example, slide a pen in the "rodent tunnel" in the center of a roll of paper towels. Swirl it around, move it up and down, back and forth. No problem, plenty of room, plenty of air.
Now, shove that pen IN the papertowels themselves. It's MUCH harder to move, up, down, back, forth, what have you, it's a lot tougher. It would also seem that the air would be MUCH harder to access when being surrounded on all sides than it would if you were in the open.
Do you see where I might wonder at it now that I've put a little more detail? Seems you've handled things well enough, but need to change shipping carriers.

, you didnt track that shipment?you just assumed that it was delivered?and that dan was happy?, i will not ship to anyone unless i have spoken w/them by phone or email the day prior to shipping and i always track everything until delivered, i feel its part of the sellers job to make sure that everything is ok and delivery is made, i gots to say rainer thats not right,,,and dan how come you would wait 6minutes muchless 6weeks,months to complain about the snake?,,honestly it seems you'lls transactions would have went smoother with better comunication like a phonecall
