In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry Brian Cross TMAN55

I was going to answer obviously I HAD tracking numbers at the time and what not but seing as I have no clue who you people are, Im not wasting my time just cause you have trouble reading. My next post will be to Harald with proof when I obtain. As for these random people who seem to know more about this than I do myself rock on with yourselves.

Yes, I "had" tracking numbers and was able to track the day I shipped. I was also watching all morning as I stated in my previous post but I no longer have the tracking number. I only had on the one copy of the receipt which was the paper copy. I no longer have " that Im aware of anyway" Id love to find but I probably threw away. How was I suppose to know this would happen. After I seen it was delivered, I couldnt have been more ready to be done with. Now Im having trouble getting from UPS. Thats where I stand and nothing anyone says can can change that. Trust me I wish I had them now but as of now I cannot get so have to figure something else out. Plain and simple. But until I get my proof I will not be defending myself to people I do not know EXPECIALLY when I know the truth. Its not like Im the only one who cannot pull tracking numbers without opening a claim. Which I refuse to do when I know it was delivered. I only am on here now cause I was told to in previous post.

I do not normally post on the BOI but your story is by far the most far-fetched thing I have ever heard. When being shipped a reptile or shipping, there is email confirmation. Out of my experiences, I do not just delete an email that has important and relevant information such as that, especially in the case of selling a reptile. Do you not care about customer service? Do you not care to know the animals arrived properly? Do you not want to know that everything went smooth and that the customer is happy? Cause through your posts you dont give a crap.

Also you stated that there were several dead from not being shipped overnight? Were you aware that they were not shipped overnight? Did you ok them not being shipped overnight? If you were not satisfied with the shipment...did you contact him about it and give him time to resolve the issue?

If I were you I would stop beating around the bush...admit that you didnt ship it out and right this before your name is nothing but a black flag. This is a community of good people with good intentions..and if you dont rectify the situation and better yourself you will never survive. But from the likes of this story, you seem like a lying scammer who will try to lie their way out of everything. The only thing is you are doing it to the wrong crowd.

Anyway...i hope you man up, resolve the issue, get the guy his snake...and think about what you look to gain out of this hobby and out of life itself...lying up and down like that will get you nowhere.

Just my 2 cents.

And again to the folks I do not know, I could careless.

I'm just stunned you would say this to people reading these posts trying to decide whether or not you should be trusted to do business with. Even if everything gets cleared up, that is a huuuuuuge "stay away" flag for me.

Once again do not trust Tman55 Brian Cross as he has scammed me out of $900 worth of roaches and will not return my calls or texts. The snake was never shipped calling UPS logistics nothing has been bound for my address in the past month from Maryland and before he has tries to claim it is another provider he shipped thru i have checked with USPS and Fed Ex.

Can't find the receipt and UPS won't help...I don't buy it, but I'll play devil's advocate for a minute. Let's say your telling the truth. You stated originally you shipped out 4 snakes all at the same time. In a later post you state that you shipped on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Overnight delivery is expensive and then adding Saturday delivery for 4 snakes to 4 different people would be a pretty big bill. Post up a credit card statement or bank statement (with account number's blocked out, obviously) showing what would have been a rather large amount paid to UPS on that Friday. Oh and just in case you can't remember what you posted:

When I could a few days later I shipped ALL FOUR snakes out. (which I have proof of as well). I can also get the other three people I shipped to, to verify they recieved theyre packages.

And yes UPS does NOT deliver live animals but I was being harrassed to ship and with it being on a friday, I was unable to ship using fedex. So I payed the extra to have delivered on a saturday threw UPS and had to describe the package as "Reptile Supplies" which I explained I had to do before shipping and was told to go ahead and ship that way.

The seller never provided a tracking number to the buyer. The buyer states that the shipping company has no record of inbound packages.
The seller can't retrieve an easily retrievable tracking number.

Mr. Cross, I realize you are new to this, but you have to realize that this comes across as total incompetence at best, but has the classic hallmarks of a scam. If you are interested in being in this hobby for a while, you need to make fixing this a top priority in your life. That also includes responding positively to questions asked of you in this thread. If you did no wrong these people will do all they can to help you, but they also burn a hot fire.

So basically Tman55 is committing fraud by telling UPS that they were reptile supplies? Awesome. He didn't ship squat or he'd have the shipping info still. And even if he didn't have the info, UPS can pull it up by his information and the information that he paid with.

In other words, You had to have the tracking information to pull up that they were delivered, so why are you saying that you can't get it? If you shipped through UPS, then they have your information on file, therefore you can get the information from them...

You're making it more difficult than it has to be...

That's because he is a liar.

The "had to use UPS" story doesn't fly, since FedEx also offers Saturday delivery options.
Also I did not require someone there to sign. Ive never been required to sign for a reptile I recieved and did not even have that option anyway.
The "did not even have that option" story regarding signature requirement is a crock. Didn't want to pay for it, or didn't think of it when filling out the labels are believable stories - didn't have the option is a flat out lie...and, absent any proof of your claims, it seems to be one of many being told.

Now Im having trouble getting from UPS.
Its not like Im the only one who cannot pull tracking numbers without opening a claim.
As far as the inability to locate the tracking number(s); I'm not sure I buy the story that UPS is unwilling to help, either. (Though I do doubt that 3rd parties would get far trying to gain the information). I know that, as a recipient, one can ask UPS to check for incoming shipments - why should we believe that you cannot get information, and disbelieve Branden's statement that he has been told that he's been sent nothing from your area? I rather suspect that if you contact UPS (1-800-742-5877), with the explanation that your customer is claiming he didn't receive his package, you would be assisted.

Since you said you were checking tracking to ensure that the packages arrived, have you checked your browsing history? So you don't even have to worry about reviewing the correct date - go to your history, and search: http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking
I just verified that it works by pulling up the last incoming UPS package I tracked.

From where I'm sitting, it's (past) put up, or shut up time. Your explanations are becoming less and less believable, so the only option is to start proving your words.

BTW - You've said that Branden has at least 3 accounts here...I'm still waiting for something from you to confirm that, or at least give some credence to your claim.

I sir do not have any other accounts than this one I assure you he is attempting to find some sort of scape goat in this matter, as for trades Ohio Geckos and I just did fine dealings he can verify this. Other than that I was new to trading thankfully I did not let Brian Cross leave a sour taste in my mouth.

It hasn't been said yet, but do we even know if this "seller" has the snake, or if it even exists? Who would trade a blue chondro, which go for a bare minimum of $1500-2200 as neos, for $900 worth of roaches? Does the seller have a picture of the animal he supposedly sent out, or of its parents?

Elena, I've been wondering the exact same thing. The claim is that the neo Green Tree Python is from a pairing with Blue Deuce being the sire. Clutches that have been sired by Blue Deuce average $2,000 - $3,000 for an established baby. The pricing will vary some depending on the Dam but not much. It would be real easy to figure out if he actually owns an offspring from Blue Deuce. What is the animal's ID# and what pairing was the neo from, Blue Deuce being the Sire bred to what female?

Since Brian stated he doesn't want to answer to anybody but Harold I doubt he will answer these very simple questions.
Branden did Brian ever send you the animals ID#, date of birth, and the name of the Dam this neo is from?

I can't speak to whatever was said between the OP and Mr Cross; but the ad he had posted indicated a slightly different scenario:
Blue Duece Genetics! Neo
Grand sire was Blue Duece. Damn a merueke, sire from Blue Duece Clutch was Biak

GOOD deal with Brian!

I'm not saying every deal is going to go as said or planned, but I purchased a snake from Brian recently and it went almost as planned. I paid, text'd, and talked with Brian during the whole deal. when the shipping date came, Brian was in the hospital. We set another date a few days later that worked for both of us, and I received what I ordered and it was as nice as I could have asked for.
People fall ill without planning it and life goes on hold during it. I will do business with Brian again if he has something I want.
I hope all works out for all involved. G. Weimer

Gary, did he send you a tracking number when he shipped it?
