And yes UPS does NOT deliver live animals but I was being harrassed to ship and with it being on a friday, I was unable to ship using fedex. So I payed the extra to have delivered on a saturday threw UPS
The "had to use UPS" story doesn't fly, since FedEx also offers Saturday delivery options.
Also I did not require someone there to sign. Ive never been required to sign for a reptile I recieved and did not even have that option anyway.
The "did not even have that option" story regarding signature requirement is a crock.
Didn't want to pay for it, or
didn't think of it when filling out the labels are believable stories - didn't have the option is a flat out lie...and, absent any proof of your claims, it seems to be one of many being told.
Now Im having trouble getting from UPS.
Its not like Im the only one who cannot pull tracking numbers without opening a claim.
As far as the inability to locate the tracking number(s); I'm not sure I buy the story that UPS is unwilling to help, either. (Though I do doubt that 3rd parties would get far trying to gain the information). I
know that, as a recipient, one can ask UPS to check for incoming shipments - why should we believe that you cannot get information, and disbelieve Branden's statement that he has been told that he's been sent nothing from your area? I rather suspect that if you contact UPS (1-800-742-5877), with the explanation that your customer is claiming he didn't receive his package, you would be assisted.
Since you said you were checking tracking to ensure that the packages arrived, have you checked your browsing history? So you don't even have to worry about reviewing the correct date - go to your history, and search:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking
I just verified that it works by pulling up the last incoming UPS package I tracked.
From where I'm sitting, it's (past) put up, or shut up time. Your explanations are becoming less and less believable, so the only option is to start proving your words.
BTW - You've said that Branden has at least 3 accounts here...I'm still waiting for something from you to confirm that, or at least give some credence to your claim.
