Here's what I understand from the litany of reposted emails:

Damon admits that he's going to hold grudges forever; however, in his email to Brian Oakley (I believe) he gripes that people can't get over things that happened a year ago. OK, I'm clear on that.

If Damon threatens the bejeezus out of people, it's because he was drunk and/or at his worst because of harassment, so it's not a big deal. If Bob Clark makes a comment to an 18 year old girl about someone she's working with that owes him $1 million plus, then he's slime. (See Thomas' post about that) OK, I'm clear on that.

Damon doesn't post here. Thomas was posting for him. Thomas got fined for repugnant behavior. Now you're posting emails from Damon to Thomas. I'm absolutely certain that Thomas isn't posting from your computer. OK, I'm clear on that.

Damon continues to threaten to *expose* the really big breeders who have deep dark secrets. OK, I'm clear on that.

Damon believes that he was sabotaged by Wes and someone else 10 years ago because he was too successful, but so far no one that was around 10 years ago has ever heard of him, and no one has come forward claiming to have ever purchased anything from him, including the people who bought his entire sick collection that couldn't be cured with any medications and were doomed for death. OK, I'm clear on that.

I think the jury has heard all the relevant information. This can go away now.

Thomas and i live together we hide nothing from each other. I have not posted my thoughts on Damon. I told Thomas not to trust him that he sounded like a trouble maker to me.

I didn't say you were supporting Damon. I said you were now posting on Thomas' behalf since he hasn't paid his fine, and he apparently asked you to post the emails that Damon sent him. Consequently, you've become Damon's mouthpiece whether you meant to or not.

Amazing, Damon. I cannot believe you have to send everyone the emails you have had between yourself (whoever that might be) and other parties. The only reason I posted the ones between you and I is because you darn near BEGGED me to the other night on the other site AND the major fact that I WAS INVOLVED and have the right to post them.
Your word means nothing (although you said in the email to Jay that it does) because if you did you would have a little respect for yourself and alot for others and keep this stuff private.
You throw around things that should be kept between you and that person. That is why I questioned (and did not like one bit) the fact that you emailed me all the info you did on the 29th of Dec.
The funny hting is, I would bet the more people you send this to, the more people will see you are completely lost. Sending the info you have has NOT hurt anyone...............guess your "big bombshell" is not working.
For the record, Damon emailed me the SAME emails between he and Jay Owens on the 29th as well. Now that they are in the public and if you do not believe me, please feel free to email me. I can send you the same info if I must resort to that in order to prove you cannot trust him ONE BIT with what you say to him. He will just go out and tell the world when it really should be a private matter and kept that way.
Just my opinion of course.

Thomas does not think Bob is slime. He thinks Bob was wrong for threatning her, because of Savanah knowing Miller. He has been talking to Bob about getting another snake. The last dealings with Bob went great Thomas and I both were pleased with the retic. Then he just sold one day. I believe it was because of the lies Savannah was e-mailing him. 2 people Thomas better not do business with is Savannah and Damon.

Please tell me that you're just being intentionally obtuse.

1) Thomas was banned/fined because he chose to troll. He chose to show a complete and utter disregard for the rules of this site. He chose to be vulgar and disrespectful. His banning was well-deserved, owing to his apparent lack of integrity.
2) Ritchie didn't fine him. He's just another member here, and lacks the ability to levy fines.
3) Thank you for your future cooperation in not posting messages for dear Thomas. If he has something to say, he can pay the fine that he earned. Any future messages posted on his behalf will be summarily deleted.

You have not been posting here? Then who is posting under your name? Why isn't Thomas emailing Rich Zuchowski? Being unable to post here does not hinder his ability to email Rich and handle this situation. I can see from your profile that you're going on 43 and he's 27...cool, there's a significant age difference between myself and my husband as well......but I don't have to negotiate his personal business for him.

Not to mention on here(BOI) where Savannah accused Bob Clark of threating her. He never denied this. He is still respected by some and he has to threaten an 18 yr old girl cause his panties got in a wad because Jeffery Miller shipped some snakes for her. I understand Miller owes him money. But no need to to threaten a girl.This is alot worse than telling a different name.

And this is what he said about Damon threatening to put someone's head on a spike:

Everybody has bad days and should not be judged by that. It should be based on his animals,there health,how they are shipped and if a problem occurs if he will work out something with the buyer.

Sorry, I was just having a hard time following your post.

No my fault. I meant I was curious as to how many times boapit and anaconda have been banned from the site. They do seem to go through a lot of names from what I have occasionally read on the indigo forum. Of course most of that is gone - a lot of things don't seem to stay up very long on that forum.

My name is my name. Whether you wish to accepted it at face value or not is not my concern. And no you don't see me on the indigo forum because I do not post on the indigo forum. I do not know those people nor would I be overly pressed to care to know them. In fact I can think of only a couple of times I have posted at all on that website. I tend to lean towards apathy in many things or it could just be laziness on my part, but one thing I do know is that a person is not required to post in order to be able to be considered to "frequent" any one particular forum on any website. I like reading what others write on KS, but I do not much care enough right now to have the desire to participate actively there. I also like reading what others write on this site. Sometimes, believe it or not, something posted here piques my interest enough to go check something out over there on KS in a place that I would not normally be frequenting. Your little crusade on this forum against the indigo folks is what dragged my attention over to the indigo forum in the first place. It's that 'rubber-necking' at a car accident scene syndrome I guess - I am not directly involved in it and it does not affect me personally, but I just can't help looking anyway. I do find it amusing to read through discussions of people fighting and arguing, but the players are not always so considerate to play within one arena. Such games are at times playing out in multiple arenas. Makes for a bit of work jumping back and forth trying to watch it all. Reminds me of complicated daytime TV soap opera. And no, I was not really going anywhere at all with bringing up "old news" - just curious and simply asked. If I got an answer great, curiosity satisfied, if not no big deal.

I know this may not have anything to do with this thread in particular, but I thought I would share it as it IS relevant to the eprson the topic is about.
Someone pointed out that Damon was going by the name of "DamonsReptiles" on another site. I just happened to go to this other site to check a few forums like I always do and noticed that ALL the posts made under "DamonsReptiles" have been deleted. Would it be safe to say that Damon has now been banned from yet ANOTHER site?

Way to go Damon, your master plan is working wonders for you! I think it shows a great deal that when a large company (or site) bans someone, they would only do it for good reason. THis is a prime example of the type of person I/we/you are dealing with. Damon has proven time and again what type of person he is and by his removal from MANY sites over time shows that contribution is not wanted OR needed. He has caused MORE than enough problems for himself and others and I am glad to see that people are taking note of this and removing him from having the ability to participate.

Just my opinion.

Ritchie, you asked earlier where I saw "DamonsMorphs" post that was his new name.

He had posted on the KS Burm forum that he would now be known as DamonsMorphs, based on the advice of a good friend. I am thinking the good friend part was a stretch - as it appears the advice was that of Brian Oakley's.

This post was placed some time on the morning of 31 Dec, and was gone by late afternoon. If I had even thought KS would delete it, I would have gotten a screen capture.

When I get back to work in a week and a half, I can check my files there, and see if the page is still in my temp files.

Damon Heynan lives in a shack. I've even seen it, but I had forgotten all about it. He had a snake skin for sale on ebay in the late summer/fall of 2002. Somone on BC forums saw the pic and posted it at the site. That's what brought him to BC. I wish I'd saved the pic, because it had a picture of him and his "wife".
Everything about him is a LIE. What's amazing is the lengths he'll go to perpetuate this ongoing fantasy of actually having a life...

He has a few nice snakes that were juvies last year. The bill IS a miniature one.


You better look again at those penal codes. Seems to me that one of them is is for murder. Was that why he was in prison for 10 years?

I know someone that stayed with him for three weeks last year. You'd find what she has to say FASCINATING. She probably wouldn't have stayed there that long, but his guns were pretty convincing... Hey Becca, don't you think it's time you spoke up and blew the lid off this whole thing?

Then when I mentioned there was more than one after getting your posts confused with someone elses, you stated that there were in fact more than one and asked how could I have known that. Hmmm. Provocative. Why wouldn't you mention that there was more than opne from the get-go?

In your earlier posts you said, and I quote from page four, "I never met him personally...", and page six-"I know people who have seen his place. He has a few very nice things".
