    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil, if you're having trouble with these fellas over your input in this particular thread, deal with them.  Don't drag us dirty dozen back into action.  None of us took the bait when you mentioned Dave's name, now did we?  No, we just let it go.  

We're satisfied to wait for Rich to come back and see what he says about everything without us being riled by every mention of Dave's name in your posts.  Life's too short to care, in my opinion.

First off this threqad was about someone trying to get information on someone selling Albino Boas for $250ea? I can tell you this, If someone is truly out there selling Albino Boas (any Age) for $250ea I will buy them all PERIOD! It is a scam if someone is trying to sell an albino boa for less than reasonable market value. Yes I can purchase babies for $500ea but I purchase at wholesale and in quantities. As far as Neil's post I understood exaclty what he was trying to state. This person was trying to SCAM him by selling a ill, skinny most likely stolen snake for a too good to be true price. He only stated that this girl was working for Mr. Lawson at the Raleigh show to show some background on the person. It would appear that something fishy was going on to me. As far as Neil bashing Dave I personally believe he made a comment relevant to the situation. You all have turned this thread into more of what it should not be by bashing Neil in it.  If you have a problem with a post he makes then by all means e-mail him and if you want e-mail Rich and or the Moderator about the post. There is no reason for you all to make it more of a situation that it already is. You have made this thread nothing more than a Neil Bashing thread.

I'm sorry you see this as another Neil bashing but I have to ask. What colors the sky in your world? I don't know what you have with Neil but you have stood up for Neil in every other past thread I can find. Neil has been WARNED numerous times to keep Dave out of threads that don't pertain to him and yet he always finds a way around that warning. Rich even started HIS OWN THREAD to deal with this, how can you argue with that fact? That's how out of hand this has become with Neil and all this wasted bandwidth comes out of Rich's pocket!! If you want to be associated with Neil that's your business. Good Luck, but after the way he has handled himself the past few months here I WOULD NOT, and I REALLY, REALLY DON'T APPRECIATE him bringing his DIRTY LAUNDRY to YET ANOTHER UNRELATED THREAD, especially one that has my name in it. Ok  agree with the fact that he brought up Dave's name in the post. I am sorry if you can not see why he did. I see it plain and simple regardless of the previous issues between the 2 of them. The entire situation seems very odd to me and Neil thought it had relevance to the situation.
 As far as this not being a Neil Bashing, well think about this. If you (or others) do not like him posting about Dave then those people should bring it to Rich's attention and the Moderators attention. Not sit on here and bitch like little kids "your not supposed to do that... I am gonna tell on you".  The people telling him off and trying to yell at him about it do nothing but drag it out further. Bring it to the Webmaster's attention and if he feels there is something wrong with it then it will be dealt with the way he feels fit.
Yes I have stood up for Neil on some occasions when I felt the need to. I think Neil is a good guy and I stand up for people I think deserve to be stood up for. It is not just him in case you have not seen other people I have stood up for.

And Rob, Im confused here at why you felt Neil had a legit reason to post on this thread, if he does not know the "Brock" in question here and if the girl did not get the albino from this Brocks Reptiles that Ritchie was inquiring about how does it colaborate with this thread??
Fact is nothing of Neils unproven story to bring up Daves name in this had any relevance to the inquiry at all, and as far as us bringing the Neil/Dave situation to Richs or the moderators attention, For one, we have, for two, there really is no need to seeing as they can see for themselves the situation and have responded directly to Neil several times for it, for three, why can't Neil follow Rich's rules like everyone else does, (espeically when he was specifically instructed not to mention Daves name on any thread, except for the one that Rich created for the Neil and Dave drama)
Neil is one of the first people to jump on someone when they are not following the rules (which I reluctently, & I do mean RELUCTENTLY,, commend him for) but when we bring it to his attention that he is not following them himself he goes into tantrums, name calling and lashing out at us for it.
You know Dave seems to have been man enough to let this drop, why can't Neil be man enough to do the same? Or maybe Dave values and appreciates the privilage that Rich has given him to be able to post on this site, Whats really a shame and scarey to me, is we are all at risk of losing our privilages and the BOI if Rich decides he is sick of all the B.S. and drama and the bandwidth he's paying for and decides enough is enough and closes the BOI down. All because of Neils selfishness and immaturity. and God knows Neil defiently cost Rich bandwidth because he post on nearly every thread that is made, whether he has any information on the individual thread or not. Its sickining to me that he is making us at risk of losing this board because it is a vaulable asset to the herp industry.

This was a quote from the opening message in the thread I opened exclusively for the Neil Gubitz x Dave Lawson feud.

I have read over this thread and feel that Neil's posting was out of line and a stepping over the line I had drawn in the sand.  Yeah, I could overlook it, and draw yet another line in the sand, saying this post here was a gray area thing, but to be honest, I'm tired of the whole thing and don't have any more brain cells to worry about it.

Neil, you were warned.  What you posted in this thread was not necessary, and I feel pretty confident it was unwelcome by most of the people here.  You leave me no choice but to block your posting rights here.

Sorry to have to do this, but my own credibility is now at stake in this issue.

Maybe now the Board can get back to the real reason it was created, to expose the real bad guys. The webslaves recent action taken deserves praise. Hopefully now after seeing that you will be held reponseable for what you post here people will follow the rules. It looks like the Webslave will take back control of the BOI and only let it be used for what it was originaly intended for. I for one am glad that this has taken place.

Rich Z.... you have been put in a tough spot and I feel for you in the decision you have made. Neil has dug himself in too deep with his post on this site, and I feel you have made the only decision you could make.

I still beleive he is a good person to do business with, and takes care of his customers. He has sold me some quality animals. I am sorry he could not keep his problems with Dave alone and let it go.

 I have to agree with you.  What Neil stated was pertinent to the topic of this thred, in my opinion.  The first post he made touched base with the "scams" going on.  A few days later, he posts another time to add the extra information as to who could be behind the scam.  Then, history is written!

 No, Neil is not my God, and No, Neil is not my leader.  Just for the record, we don't know each other personally and have never done business with each other.  We have communicated via e-mail a few times for misc. reasons.  Yeah, the 'Neil and Dave ' saga is always fresh in everyones minds, as soooo many people seem to always bring it up.  I could understand the weblaves decision better if the post had nothing to do with the situation at hand and Neil just popped in for another 'Dave Slam".  I don't really think that was his intention.  
 I will also agree with some of the other posts, such actions being taken will definately make people think twice about posting, but I might ad, anything at all.  I'll also qoute another statement made by another party,....

  I know after how many you met this past weekend at the NC show you probably do not remember speaking with me, but you gave me the impression of being a very fair and honest guy, and  in my opinion,  you have been more then fair with and patient with Neil and I hate he put you in this position but he gave you know choice, you stated very clearly, not only to him but everyone on this board what the rules are, and that they would be enforced and what the consequences would be if anyone disrepected them. Its only fair considering all the time, effort and energy that you put into this site.  You gave numerous warnings and were more patient and fair of guy then most would of been.
Thanks for all your dedicated time, energy and service you have so generously put into this site, after seeing all the animals you had with you this weekend and knowing that was not even a dent in your stock, I KNOW its difficult for you to keep up with things here and I have an all new appreciation and respect for you,

The request was made to me by more than one person to take some sort of action regarding this thread, and I had considered doing so.

However, I felt that whatever direction it went, it was ultimately up to Rich to make the call on this one, and I stand behind his decision 100%.

That being said, any further discussion on the matter should take place in the General Discussion forum. Let's try to steer this thread back to Brockreptiles, shall we?

BUT
when I got in on the action and asked if any were still available........   lo and behold he is gone.....no response ....NOTHING....to me OR my friend.  Oh well no 250 albinos for me
