    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I did some research on him here and saw some ify threads. He was offering up for sale and still is here 2.3 "normal phased 100% het snow" kenyan sand boas. We set up a trade and I offered him one way in his favor. I asked what the parents are and he informed me the father is a male snow and the mother is an anery 100% het snow. I asked him for pics and he sent me pics of his adults. 1 female angry and 1 male snow. I asked what he produced from the pairing and he informed me 15 snows and the 5 normals het snow. I am no genetic wizard but it isn't possible. He can only produce Anery het snows and snows. He does not want to admit to his inconsistency and after I informed him that I was bringing this topic up he wants to start one about me. Just an FYI. If I am wrong with my genetics I sincerely apologize to bryan Cho but I feel I am right. Again if I am wrong I am sorry.

The only I can say on this is I have a female anery and a male snow she give birth and give me 5 normal im not trying to scam no one here.

Forgive me if I'm wrong about sand boa genetics. Anery is 1/2 of the double-recessive morph known as "snow"...correct?

If that is the case, then anery (het snow) x snow would net ALL anery babies (het snow) and snows.

Unless there are two different lines of anery that are not compatible, such as the different axanthic lines in ball pythons. In which case, you wouldn't get any snows at all from that pairing.

If the seller is sincere in what he thinks he has...then I suggest he go back and look more closely and figure out what he REALLY has.

And if I'm wrong about sand boa genetics, then disregard this post entirely.

Normal would be impossible to pull out of that pairing. Anery and albino are both recessive genes. Snow = Anery and Albino so as mentioned above all the babies would be anery or snows

Yeah, being that the outcome here is a genetic impossibility, I'd love to see all the e-mails exchanged, photos of the parents, and clutch photos if available.

I can try and figure out how to add the pics but I think him above again saying what he produced from a anry het snow to a snow breeding produced. He produced 15 snows and 5 normal het snows

So right off the bat, I'm under the assumption that he did not really produce these snakes. Would it be that much of a stretch to think that maybe(based on the link above) he is not even in possession of these animals?

I'm sorry to tell but I get 5 normal out from her

Also, how long have you had the pair, and was she ever introduced to a different male--perhaps a normal or an albino? I don't know if Kenyans can have a double-sired clutch like other species can, but that's about the only other thing I can think of if this clutch really turned out to be 15 snows and 5 normals. (How old is this pair, anyways, that's a rather large litter!)
