    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy BUDDY YOUNG TALKS THE TALK BUT FAILS TO DELIVER!

Angel, I'm sorry that you have to go through this. This guy sounds like a scumbag through and through. He does not have the right to decide what he's going to do with your animals. He needs to ship them back to you, and he needs to do it now! I hope this works out for you and he comes around.
 
Wow! Angel its John...just got back from vacation and am sick about this. I think Im done vouching for others! Not really because there are a ton of good guys out there. I really wish Buddy would jump in here and am shocked that he has ignored this thread.

Im so very sorry this is happening to you after I gave you the confidence to move forward on that deal. Buddy if you are out there, please jump in and either show that your the person I spoke so highly of, or present your version of the story that might explain why its come this far.

Hey John Thank you for posting. I know I asked you about Buddy but the decision was made by me to send the animals over to him based on his word. You were duped just like I was and I know you would not refer him if you even had a hint that something like this would happen.

To the people that don't know John, I have to say that John has ALWAYS been a good friend. He is definitely one of the greats in this industry not only because of the animals they produce but because John really does care about people.

At least you would know if he was lying about everything or not (of course, how to determine that the boa was your boa is another issue...)

I read those emails and was they bothered me as much as if they were directed at me personally... a couple times I was purely outraged at the unscrupulous, irritating turnarounds where he insinuated the fault was all yours. This is outrageous!

I can vouch for you any day, you were one of the most honest, professional, and patient sellers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not once did you make me feel as if you had any unreasonable doubts in my character (in fact you did me an awesome, very trusting favor and he, the little male DH I got with my sunglow, is doing great!).

I feel sickened for you and hope this indvidual comes through with the animals or funds you are due AND MORE, because of the grief he has given you. I feel you are in no way to blame for this failed endeavor, you tried to prepare with a Plan B to protect both of you and he declined to do so. This could easily be rectified still, in the ways you suggested and more, but it all boils down to what you have feared all along... that he doesn't seem willing to attempt in any way to ease your fears or make it right.

Bobby, if you read this, man up and show a little commitment, do what you say you are going to do. Finish this right, save a little face, and move on.

Here is an update for you guys. Today I received a call from Buddy’s attorney. She was very nice and professional. She advised me that she was unaware of this situation and that she had nothing to do with this discrepancy.

Buddy, you are not making yourself look too good. It is clear to see that you purposely sent me false information about your attorney to try and intimidate me, the problem is that maybe it would have worked if I did something wrong, that clearly is not the case here. Fortunately, someone was able to find the correct information for your attorney and now that we looked into things we find that you more of a liar and deceiving person that previously thought.

We all make mistakes but we show what kind of people we are when we try and rectify them. You can still show that you are willing to make things right by sending my animals back to me. The reptile community is a small world and you don’t want to be known as someone not to do business with. Do the professional thing Buddy and send me back what is mine.

Even if the boa did have surgery, by the way Buddy is acting I have no reason to believe he would send me my boas back. Communication is the key to a good transaction, with poor communication and found lies anything he says has no value.
 
Hello Stephanie,

I wish all my transactions can go as well as yours. People who have dealt with me know that as long as you communicate with me I am flexible. That sunglow and het. will make some awesome snakes for you in the future. Every boa from that litter has just been as good a boa as anyone can get; great eaters and easy to handle (except when feeding, lol). Don't worry about being able to afford a boa, any available boa I have can be yours, you already know I'm willing to work on a payment plan that you can manage.

Wow... I dont even know where to start.... so I wont.

I do have one question though. IF she really is his attorney.... did you impress upon her that she might want to inform her client to do the right thing.... Since it appears you have the documentation to confirm your side of the story.
 
I had a pretty good conversation with his attorney. I had also emailed her a link to this post on the BOI. I really didn’t know what to say, I was expecting to speak with an attorney who knew something about this situation. When she called me she had told me she was surprised she was involved with this and didn’t know anything about it until she read the BOI, she didn’t seem too happy about what Buddy did. I can tell you that not too many people are thinking too highly of Buddy Young right now.
 
IF she didnt know anything of this... then it sounds like to me he is just trying to name drop and scare you.

Personally I think his bullying tactics are lower than snail :censored:

Buddy... do what right. Return what does not belong to you!
 
Honestly, I got screwed once before as well.

But, yeah, If i knew where he lived I would take some vacation time and be knocking on his door, taking my snakes back with the police and a search warrant. I am a very confrontational person when it comes to my snakes.
 
I'm glad you dug this up, Tom. He added me on Facebook (I'm guessing since I've been bidding on Ben Seigel's auctions a lot) and I added him back since I didn't see any reason not to. After seeing this I know better. I imagine others are in the same boat since it seems like he has been mass adding people and is starting his own (mislabled? I don't know anything about bp genetics - I'm more of an arboreal person) auctions on there.
 
I was just curious was all? If you are REALLY breeding high end animals; you can't mistake your genes... Or to some out there; their "jeans!" lol
