    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Buying a few...check this out (not leo related)

Wow, that's great Dan! Haha!

I had an extremely similar experience with my leopard gecko Montana. He was lost in my house for an entire year!! We all gave him up as dead, since winters are pretty nasty up here and we figured he got out of the house somehow. A full year after he went missing my brother saw a little head poke out from under the washer, and lo and behold it was Montana! He hardly lost any weight too...amazing considering this house is near immaculate!

Had my JMG Super Hypo get out on me , she was gone for over a month .

No sign at all of her , no poop , no nothing . Tried the usual , leaving water out for her , w/ no luck .

So one day i walk to the sink in my kitchen , was somewhat dark in there , she was sitting on the edge of the sink about to take a dive .

Had to do a double take , and she nearly scared the crap out of me , I certainly didnt expect to see her nearly 4 feet off the ground on my countertop .

And who says Leos cant climb ? LOL

She did loose alot of weight , guess this was before I had any loose crickets !

That reminds me of when I lost my ball python when I was about 10 years old. He had been missing for about a year and I completely gave up on him. I came home from school one day and my mom and sister weren't in the house. I noticed in the hallway that there was a sort of barricade of books, luggage, boxes, and any other large item my mom could get a hold of. My ball python was coiled up in the middle of the barricade. I guess she found the snake but didn't want to touch it, lol.
