    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You can plead guilty, not guilty, no contest ... but not bipolar. He's also a legal adult capable of holding a job, driving an automobile, etc, so his mom cannot go "every time" in his stead. Ridiculous.

And how would you know what Chris pleads "every time he goes to court", anyway? Your choice of words would lead one to believe he's been in court more than once and always pleads bipolar.

Billy my partner relayed his court proceedings of 8/31/09. The lawyer for Chris stated that he was depressed and was receiving counseling. His mother was in court with her (Chris' lawyer) pleading bipolar and Asperger's syndrome on behalf of her son. How are you supposed to win a case when the accused won't or can't show up. In my eyes isn't that contempt of court.

ASK JASON WHO SPOKE WITH ME AND MY FIANCE. He stated to me that after talking to everyone, Chris, Billy, my fiance Walter and me, that the only voice that matched was Chris' voice. He did not recognize Tricia, Walter or Billy's voice as being involved with the SCAM.

You can't just give your lawyer power of attorney and not go, you still must be present
the accused must be present in open court PERIOD
Bottom line is you must be present or they issue warrants

Well, depending upon many factors (type of case, priors of defendant, reasons why etc) when a defendant does not show, the Judge either 1) grants a continuance, 2) issues a warrant for arrest or even 3) automatically finds in the Plaintiff's favor. You see, when you are issued a Subpoena to appear in a Court, especially when you are the Defendant, you either have to appear or have a really really good reason why you did not.
Bipolar, Asberger's, and "counseling" aren't quite good enough. It's very simple, actually.
Your logic, your arguments, your statements simply don't hold water.

And one Hearing (8-31) the gist of which was conveyed to you by your partner Billy, does not translate into your previous statement that "every time Chris goes to Court he pleads bipolar". Again, how would you know what Chris pleads every time he goes to Court?
If Billy told you he plead bipolar, then you might want to reconsider partners. He ain't the sharpest tool in the shed either.

Please answer my previous question. Who did you clear things up with here? Or did you simply register another user account under your own name again?

Hey, I'm not dispensing legal advice, I'm just telling you that the majority of people DO understand how it works ... and why your stories have big holes.

As has already been stated, bipolar is not a legal defense, so Chris (or his lawyer or mom) can't walk into a courtroom and plead "not guilty by reason of bipolar" or "not guilty by reason of getting counseling". According to you, that's exactly what happened, case closed, Hearing over.

Maybe Walter can explain it all to you.
 
John Derosa is selling snakes on craigslist in the Worcester MA section. Snakes big collection. I had emailed him about them yesterday. He had individual ads up this morning for various carpets and boas. One being a baby IJ carpet.
