    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bad Guy Casey Caudill aka Charles Green aka ciggledill aka [email protected] aka

this is a prime example of a bad guy.

he should be taken to court an someone should make an example of him.

....I appreciate your interest matthew but, I don't owe you anything. And I am working it out with Mark, so what you say doesn't concern me. I am not coming back to this thread, mark feel free to call me.

1st off you lied to me, you did come back. I told you you wouldn't be able to stay away...LOL

2nd off you do owe me something, an apology. It's people like you (scammer/thief) that make it harder for people like me (hobby breeder) to sell surplus offspring online.

Somehow I find an apology is sometimes harder to obtain than the $ one was scammed out of...

let bubba take care of him in jail,he's looking atleast 10yrs.

Mark I would give him to the end of the week. It's hard for him to go to the pawnshop and sell what ever to give you your money. This douche is trying to buy time. If he doesn't have your refund by the end of the week then I would call the local police and file charges.

He likes to hide behind cell phone numbers, but he doesn't hide to well.

You all are THE best! I knew the BOI would help me get some kind of resolution.

Heck, even the number to the popo is underlined on my iPhone for ease!

My kid is using my computer for homework so I have been browsing from the phone.

Casey seems completely freaked! He promises payment and that the PS3 will sell soon.

He has also said that he has learned from this-- he really seems sincere.

I would like my money-- but if this guy/gal is a true threat to "us", (do those addresses match?) I'll call the cops anyway. My buddy is a local cop. He said I should just ask for a detective and forward all the emails to him.

Hubby offered up an option: Sell some plasma. That will get you 30-60 bucks easy..do that a couple times and youll have this all set in no time and MIGHT be able to get some dignity back.. Doubt it but since you are still around and not hiding as you put it, you might be willing to give it a go...

I just checked out the Craigslist ad..$700!? Now with the way the eco is? hahaha... Go to a Gamestop..sell each of the 13 games for $10 each..130 bucks..sell some plasma, another 40 bucks..and check the couch for the extra 21 or ask mom and dad..bingo, done with it...

and apologize for being an @ss..and get some good health insurance to cover your psychiatric needs :ack2:

I had to check back in on this topic! This guy claims that he does not have the money to repay you guys, What about the original transaction to start with. Where did all the money disappear to.

Haha.. He's been doing this for over 5 year apparently.. i think there are -3- different threads with different names leading to the same person.. The orig money? probably paying mom and dad for bail. :D

Mark

Both addresses for the Police are 5min and 7min from his house.
