Alright I just sent Chris a Myspace message that said:
Subject: curious what you have to say
Body: posted on fauna classifieds, kingsnake, myspace, anywhere that I can think of to post....

I didn't know that I should do that seeing how I'm replying to a thread that was last posted on by him. I thought that he would be notified or that since he is a member he would maybe check here seeing is how I told him I posted my grievances in other few places besides myspace.

I also don't understand why Nick Stone said people should not do business with me. If I had known that posting a complaint here would effect me negatively as well, then I probably wouldn't have. You are right Nick I shouldn't have trusted Chris, but I did. Gee Thanks.... in the future if I get ripped off by a Fauna Classifieds member I guess I won't complain about it if this is what I get. The plan isn't to get ripped off, but I make mistakes. Think about what you would do if stuck in the same predicament before slamming people! Yup I got my self here by making bad decisions just thought I would warn some others so they don't have the same problems. Argh I so upset!

Meghan, I think you need to go back and read some of the previous posts.I never said people shouldn't do business with you. Neither did Chuck Kimmel (critical bill) he said

Posting a negative comment about getting screwed over by Chris didn't affect you negatively. Actully I would like to thank you for warning people about him. Seriously. What I think was questionable was this comment

It leads me to believe that if he gives you some animals you would just lie to everybody and say that it was a misunderstanding, when in reality there never was a misunderstanding, Chris just made a deal that they couldn't keep and then tried to let it blow over by ignoring you. I seriously doubt that a "retraction" or any lying would be necessary if he would have done the right thing and given you the animal he owed you. It's just my opinion but I really think it's pretty selfish that you wouldn't warn other people about how this whole thing has gone down.

And as far as Chris knowing about this thread if you look back you can see the email I sent him about it last nite. I also just looked at his profile and it show he was last logged on last nite.

That's not long before "bambo_boa" signed up as a member and started making posts in defense of Chris. I hope that a mod can check both IP addresses soon so we can see if bambo_boa is really Chris.

I never instructed anyone not to do business with you. I said that I, just ME, would never do business with you. This gross exaggeration by you is just another good example of why I would not do business with you. The other reason I already gave - but I'll say it again...

I think you would have greatly misled others into thinking that he was a good guy if he simply gave you what he owed you.

That is what I derived from reading your emails with him, and it doesn't change my opinion because you now want to change your words to clarify what you really meant to say. To me its very obvious that you just don't have a clue as to what you're saying or what you mean by it.

And remember what you write stays on here....

Is this some sort of threat that I should watch what I say about you? I don't think I have any reason to fear. I'm very comfortable with everything I've said. I wouldn't hit the submit button if I wasn't.

I'm sorry Nick that I was willing to give Chris the benefit of a doubt. Maybe this whole thing was a mistake. I seriously doubt that now, but if he would have written back that he was sorry and having problems and with his actions made things right between us; then I would have done what I could to spread the word that he did eventually do the right thing.

Again you call me a liar and wonder why I will not post future grievances... How could I lie about what happened when any intelligent person could read the thread and see what had happened? It takes courage to stick your neck out there and look what happened to me. It's like being a rape victim. You try to come forward and the attacker's defense rips you apart. They tell you that you asked for it. That is why I will not do it again. That isn't selfish, but thanks for calling me that too.

On a lighter note, I posted on here that I sent Chris a message to check out this thread, because I was replying to the post by bambo_boa and following what I thought was a suggestion. I realized that you told him, but I want to do so also. I guess I don't spend my life hanging out on forums. I didn't know I could check and see if he had logged on. Oh and he deleted me from his friends on myspace if you didn't notice that already in one of my previous posts. I wasn't implying that you were his friend.

I thank you Nick for letting me know when he had been online. I am sorry but I really feel that I shouldn't have posted on here, because I have just wasted a few hours of my time defending myself against faceless strangers on the internet. If what I said was not right or I used the wrong word like retraction then I am sorry. I am Human! The whole point of my post was to get out there what happened to me so maybe it wouldn't happen to someone else. Period. End of Story!

I was trying to give Chris a way out and a chance to make things right. People could still read that it took me complaining for him to do it, but then they could make their own decisions on whether to do business with him. Make of it what you want, but please don't act like I'm a liar when you know that I couldn't lie about what happened because it was already posted. I think we can all agree you can't just delete or change what has already been posted. I don't know how that can be any more clear.

How am I trying to change my words? I posted them for all to see I can't help it that you are twisting my words around to make me look like I'm a liar. It seems to me that you don't have much of a clue as to what you say either Chucky. Looking at many of your posts you just like to say things to rile people up. Therapy? I never suggested therapy. And "people"? Where did you get that from? I said YOU, just YOU, need some professional help - as by your sick and very stupid insensitive rationalization of how it feels to be a rape victim because you got scammed in a transaction. I think you need medication first and then perhaps some good old fashioned therapy.

Hey nick I do see how that could be taken like that. I really didn't mean for it to be taken that way. I have already said that and tried to explain what I meant. Take it however you want to. I would just like to say that I already posted on here before that message to Chris was sent. So it would have been impossible for me to then lie about what happened.

Can you not see how being called a liar would make me not want to post on here? Or at least make me really defensive?

Whats interesting is how you perceive to be locked in some kind of battle with me. I'm not battling you at all - you are battling with yourself - your problem is yourself. Its not my fault that you struggle with your words and find yourself in a constant jam. With each post you make I find another solid reason why I would not do business with you. In fact, I am now at the point where I would say to all to avoid doing business with you.

I've been a member here for a while now and have had quite a few heated discussions stemming from strong differences of opinion on a multitude of different topics. If you are suggesting as a fact that I specifically target women - then I would challenge you to provide some solid evidence that would support it. I don't think anyone believes that I'm one to discriminate. To me an idiot is an idiot - and I don't think that that is something that can be tied to a specific gender. I think I've treated all the idiots fairly straight across the board - I think I've played fair with you.

What I meant to Chris was that if he did send me out what he promised that I would post that he did so. That way it would be made public that he did do what he promised. I was trying to give Chris an out, because it took me publicly complaining to get him to talk to me.

now judging from this post i would say she cleared up the confusion. she never ment she would "lie" she would just state that in the end he did do the right thing, but only after she had posted it on here.

futhermore, i believe someone who is in a business interaction such as this, with only computer comunications SHOULD be on almost everyday, to have contact with the person they are in interaction with. thats just common sence. and if he could not get online that possiblity should have come up and phone #'s should have been exchanged before hand. it wasn't like "oh my life is so great i love being on the comuter. " and then BAM "i can't go on the comuter any more, not no where not at any time." ya i think not. if he was having money problems he could have gone on , if only for a second, to say "hey here's my phone# i won't be on the comp for a while" or have gone to a friends or an internet cafe to tell megan he would not be on and to give him her number. it was very unprofessitional, and if it were me being ripped off i would have been pissed off as well.

oh and lastly to you critical bill, i've seen you pop your nose into a few threads,and every time you have, it seems they go off topic, to either peoples grammar or to just dehumanize the person that made the thread, i say to you sir. get a life!
