I was not happy with this and so he tried to make up for it by sending me off with a skinny undernourished dark female supposed het albino female. She struggled to gain weight and eventually passed away. I never went back to Torenetta about this and if he reads this it will be the first time he will know about that boa demise. Now let's get on to Ball pythons From Chuck, I traded Chuck I think 10 baby Het albino female boas and two possie het albino hypo females for a male LEMON PASTEL Ball python, He was ugly but Chuck re assured me it was a Lemon and would get better in time.. NOPE it Didn't infact KEV at NErd saw a pic of him two years ago and laughed. Thanks Chuck for that Screw over Next Deal

Chuck sold me 4 possie het albino balls all females.. Guess what that's right Not a single albino from them when I breed Albino to PH... OK, so they were poss hets but hey I should of gotten one het at least from them you think??

I want to make one point perfectly clear... If I wanted to deal with Chuck further I would of but I decided a very Long time ago not to deal with him and it took a while for the PH Balls to not prove and for the lemon to be what he said. SO I have no interest in him "MAKING this RIGHT" I gave him many chances to "MAKE THIS RIGHT" but obviously receiving snakes that have cancer or something else is wrong with them is something I do not want to bring near my collection and I have had a quarantined collection since the last boa. I buy from the people that do not seem like they are trying to get one over on you and Chuck is that type to me. He deals with another idiot in the business I refuse to deal with and I am sure that anyone "IN the KNOW" can surely pick out who I am talking about.

BEWARE of Chuck is all I am putting out there.
Now I know he has had good dealings with people and you are blessed but I have had nothing but TROUBLE from him and that is my story. :angry:

If Chuck can provide these contracts signed by you , what was the real intention of starting this thread? If these contracts do exist , signed by you then this was taken care of already some time ago.

Not taking shots at either side here since I don't know either of you personally nor dealt with either one but right now this is looking to sway towards Chuck , especially if these contracts can be provided showing you were compensated to your satisfaction. To be honest this thread is the first negative thing I've ever heard of Chuck , not that I've been actively looking. I would think if he's been selling sick , under par animals then someone else would've posted about it as well.

He did sell some CRE animals. See http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100942. We know that "het" will never prove out.

He tried to remedy an issue with an ailing animal. The contract became null and void the day that sickly snake he pass to me died. I kept quiet for a very long time about it, then this season everything else proved to be false.

This is not just about one animal it is about 8 animals that all turned out to be not what he said or represented.

He took a couple shots at me that were just lies to try to discredit me.
He's a Shady person and I think everyone should know what he put an honest guy through. He has quite the record of trying to discredit everyone but himself. Just look through fauna and you'll see.

Thats alot of looking for being on dial up but I will most likely do a little background checking since I was informed of the CRE hets. Just trying to get the gist here in my own little way.

According to you it was a thin sickly animal and according to Chuck you signed a contract saying it was satisfactory compensation. If you picked up this animal in person , had it in your hands in the condition you claim why would you sign the contract or even agree the animal was fair compensation? Keep in mind the contract part of this question is dependant on the contracts being provided by Chuck but it still leaves the part about any agreement it was fair compensation. Even if contracts can't be provided why would you agree to that animal?

Ok , my math isn't adding up here , were you compensated with 1 baby het or a package?

What was the timeline you had the last animal ,the skinny dark one? Why weren't necropsies done? I myself wouldn't think about giving refunds or compensation without pictures of THAT animal or a necropsie having been done.

Not knocking anyone in particular here but there are bits & pieces that can use some filing in. I'm also not trying to disprove either party just have questions since an area or two from both sides aren't matching like they should. I am taking into consideration that a number of years have passed this deal started and things may be a bit fuzzy.

I found them contracts , and theres a twist .lol I had thaught I offered him 2 baby hets at first but not that I read this i was GREATLY MISTAKEN !
I remember offering him 2 baby hets alright amonst other things but he first settled on the dh,coral albino to rectofy his issue .It seems as though im about to blow John K Birgil ****OUT OF THE WATER *****
And expose him as a lyer !
John says I ended up giving him a skinny little dark het that died ( that would make me sad**** IF IT WERE TRUE )
The first snake I offered him and he gladly excepted was one of my cb-03 dh,coral albinos ( I knew he got I was just off on the time , like when )
He in fact took that snake first .
But after a short while , John was not happy with that snake !
Can anyone guess what happened to it ?

The reason john took the original smaller dh,coral albino was because he was adamit about keeping the original het that he stated did not produce albinos ! he had to keep her -- my flags went up but I went with it because the customer is important to my reputation. we sighn a contract agreeing to this effect.
a short while later john sendsa me a rediculas email about sueing me !
I respond by offering him a detailed email of how I feel about it , ( I saved this too for you guys to read )
I offer him an adult 6 foot breeder het that is proven to produce albinos only if he brings me both the original het that he says did not prove out and my yearling dh,coral albino
I spend 1,700.00 on buying him a large proven albino producer and he takes that along with a new contract ! again stating that this replacement makes us all squared up and of course a genetic guarantee for the last het girl.

because I did not photo her when I sold her back in 2000 then I had to trust john it was her but this did not look at all like my big girl I sold him. I STILL TOOK HER BACK.

He never offered me TWO this is another LIE.. Damn Chuck rack the Lies up.... His idea of a hold back was a 20inch female that was supposedly a year old.. OK sure...

I never picked her out, you had killed off enough het females you did not have any that were left. I had no choice and I beleived at the time that the animal had just slugged out that season.
Hind sight is always 20/20 and I should of listed to everyone I spoke to about the situation. Hell I was amazed this scumbag even thought to replace the animal .

The Fake het was 8ft or better and the replacment was closer to six feet. Just more lies from Camp Torenotta..

You were short but you did not buy an animal for me besides you sold me a fake het to begin with and then traded off a female that you claimed slugged out for you that season. So which is it Did you but the animal or did you already have it and it slugged out for you. I'm lost on this lie???

She's a normal and you claimed you didn't need her and I spent a few years growing her way past the size she came to me and she's an 8ft animal not a 6ft, More lies...and yep that's right I should of kept her afterall I spent a lot of money on rabbits and rats gettign here that big. I should of been sitting on a clutch of 30-50 snakes half of which would of been albino's back in 2002 when albino's were still getting 1200-1500 let's see what kind of money I lost there because of your lie...

sorry 2003-2004 season... But she should of bred in 2002 but missed that year with no slugs or anything

It's Not a NERD LINE LEMON, and in 2004 when I got him from you NERD lemons were worth more then $1000.00 You sir traded me a Normal Pastel worth under $1000.00 back then and that is were you become the liar. There is a huge difference from the Lemons to a regular pastel.

I want your contracts that you claim to have found posted before I post mine, I want to see how far you are willing to LIE.. I also want to see if you fudged them.... I know you did..... So either post the real contracts or Don't let's see how far you were going to take your deciet.
