    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK , this is an interesting turn. Why don't both of you post the contracts. Its not 7th grade anymore so stop with the " You post first " crap. If both of you have the contracts then post them. Now cages were part of the deal? The dates have changed and another breeder produced a het thats involved????

To anyone that thinks I'm defending / standing up for either party your quite mistaken. I had questions I wanted answered and now I'm back to square 1 again.

Chuck is a "Het-Scammer" shouldn't there be several upset customers by now? Are they just starting to pop up as a result of Breeding?

There is another Het Scam he was invloved with and it is on the BOI.

There's dirt on Chuck but not everyone knows about this site.

For many years he dealt animals through the Hamburg Reptile Show were he became friends with Neil Mcrum and did several business transactions with Neil. He pushed some of the blame for the fake het on Neil, then later on another issue he had with a board member, he again pushed the blame to someone else. This is obviously what he does, passes the buck.


I will post the contracts once they are scanned in and they do prove that Chuck Lied about some of his statemnts.

This is the best I can do to get the original contract up. I thought I posted both but the other one just isn't hosting correctly.
 
I can't find the disk the het pic was on but it was no adult... This Contract was his first attempt to make things right but How can you when you cost someoen so much time and money.. A baby het was not good enough and he agreed it wasn't so then he gave me the other het. It states he took a $1700.00 loss well bud I took a $5500 loss plus what the clutches would of produced and what future genarations woudl of produced. You cost me a hell of a lot more then $1700.00 and The tally just keeps adding up.

I think the one Chuck lied about Browned out a little.. (heavy Sarcasm) It's obvious that it's no lemon and he should atleast admit the lie he told about it.

As for the Possible Het Ball pythons well I have this to say. I have bough tposs het boas and balls from major breeders and I have had good luck with them. However when it comes to the poss het albino balls I get from Chuck I either Payed a lot of moeny for a lie or was just really unlucky. In my book he lied but Like I said from the Start, You be the Judge and Buyer Beware....

a few fun facts before I leave -
this is what we have learned here
1) john was not even breeding or careing for his own boas and they were most likely mixed up
2) im quite sure he braught me some big normal and told me it was my fake het
3) I took care of him anyway trying to be a friend to him
4) when that still was not enough I had to buy him a large proven het female
5) even after all of this John still comes back to try and bash my good name.
7) LET ME SAY HERE THAT NO MATTER WHAT SOME LUNATIC SAYS
I am not a scam artist , I would never and have never knowingly sold a fake het , and my real customers know the deal here .
So John K Birgil, good luck to you in the future I hope your animals can stay alive and breed for you in the future , I realize you need this controversy in your life and picked me this time - I would love to stay and argue w/you but I have more pressing issues going on in my life than you.

I have been breeding Boas since 1994, No one But me has been careing for my boas. You lied and the contract is proof that you lied.
You Lied about the Lemon PAstel, You lied about The original Het and Now You lie more.

You are nothign more then a liar and a scam artist.
The Contracts prove that you lie and The conttract states you sold me a fake het.

You try to discredit it but it is in writing and you signed it .

Like everything else you lied about the other snakes you sold me and that was proven here today
 
Thats a contract? What was it written on...a brown paper lunch bag? Thats not a contract at all. That would be laughed at and thrown out of any court. You both would probably catch slaps from a judge for wasting his and the courts time if it was even presented as evidence.

Gotta love the totally tarded stipulation of posting on the BOI though. This place really does scare the crap out of people.
 
The contract states I was satisfied with one het it does not state the conditions if she did not prove out, it's a shame she died.
You did prove that you are willing to exagerate the truth and you are willing to do nothing about the other fake animals.

My mission here is done, I wanted this out in the public and it is, the facts are plain, I have not lied or cheated this man yet he does nothing more then bash me. He did lie and he did send me down the road with an animal that had issues that I could not forsee.

Should I have done more about it at the time yes I should of but now this thread will be available to all and you all can judge Chuck for what it is....

Does being a "Lemon line" pastel guarantee that that the snake itself (or its offspring) will be a Lemon pastel? Are all lemon line pastels created equal? In other words, is it being claimed that ALL pastels created from this line are gems...that the line has produced no lesser quality animals? Personally, I believe that the answer to those questions is no...and that many, if not most, people selling "lemon pastels" are selling animals from that line of pastels...regardless of the appearance of the particular animal.

there were several things I was tempted to comment on in this thread, and managed to keep quiet...I almost made it <sigh>

Actually thats what you got, but not what I would get. No offense. Standing in front of Chuck in Chucks house I would have jumped onto a few different reputable websites that offer exactly what it was I had supposedly purchased from Chuck that I was returning to him because it clearly wasn't and told him straight out that thats what he was buying for me or acquiring for me. End of story. I wouldn't have signed anything or taken anything from him as compensation. I would have went a tad Tony Perkins on him in that house. Psycho! That would be the day when he tried to make me a victim of his twice. The moment I saw that toilet paper contract with "you must post something good about this on the BOI" I would have told him to blow it out his keester. Its obvious he knew that this was going to be the first place you ran to to complain. The contract was more to cover his ass in a sour deal then it ever was to satisfy you.

This should be an expensive lesson learned by you John. Forget the bickering with this guy now and find some reputable folks to make up for the losses. Its all you can do at this point.
