    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Clark may have been an upstanding guy at one point in the eyes of some people, but yet he STILL CHOSE to hook up and partner with Joe after the fall out from Joey's last couple of business ventures that had already established his (Joe's) bad mojo in the business. That says a lot about Clark and his ethics.

The Guy that is Cheap and doesn't give a crap

O.K. This is what I get for trying to offer praise to someone I had a recent transaction with. I will state it again: I do not know Joe Capone, I have never heard of him. Yes, I understand now that he owns the BP's that are listed for sale through Clark Tucker. I can not and will not judge somebody I have never met or spoken to. Am I cheap, Hmm.. Let's just say I am not dumb enough to pay a 50% mark-up to a local middleman snake broker just to keep him in business. Its like Costco vs. publix. If I am willing to purchase quantity I'll save some money and go to Costco. If I need a single item, I'll go to publix and pay a little more- Make sense! Last but not least, (I don't give a crap who I deal with) I only had conversations with Clark Tucker, he's the one I dealt with and was very helpful. I wish I could say the same for others I have purchased animals from. Please do not send me quotes from Joe Capone, If our paths cross in the future, I will then pass judgement on him.

he owns the website that much is true. however, I have been unsuccessful so far in trying to find any DBA record with Oklahoma showing that he is a legal registered business in that state. :shrug01:

He claims to have the business in Alabama, where Clark is....he moved to Oklahoma when he and Wes were partnered up, if I recall correctly.

Just wait till you start breeding and getting ready to sell, then BAM Joe dumps them for less than you can sell for to cover your costs. How would you feel...?

This senario happened to a BUNCH of my customers, who i do care about, they invested 8000- 10000 on Mojaves with Joe. He took the time to explain to them how good of an investment they were and how to care for them... Super nice guy. The following year mojaves had some problems they dropped to $3000 still no problem if you paid $10,000 for them 4 babies and your in the black. THEN Joe dumped the price to $800 since HE THOUGHT THATs WHAT THEY WERE WORTH, halting the market completely. SCREWING his previous year customers and they claiming hes "bringing it back to the people" excet the ones from the year before. HE IS A DIRTBAG and HE WILL DO IT TO YOU.

People that buy from him, are like the lady that dates a guy who cheats on his x ... he would never do that to her... right?

What can he say. His partner is not liked. He is hoping to sell to the new guy or the ones that do not care.
 
i have been unable to locate a DBA for Powerhouse Reptiles for the state of Alabama to see if he is a legit business or not. It seems that you can only search for corporations online at this time for that state. :(

Does Joe even live in AL ? If you are not an actual corporation, you are supposed to register your business within the state you live in if I am not mistaken.

I just wanted to apologize for some of the members on this forum, not all of us have the hidden agendas and motives that others may have. Anytime you have someone in this business doing well (especially in the Ball community) there will be those who may not be doing as well that would like to see them go down.
Unfortunately as you have seen, posting a good guy thread on someone not liked by certain folks here is just stirring the pot and ultimately making things worse, not only for the seller, but the thread starter as well. Most of these people attacking any seller like this with no real honest dealing with them, all he say, she say, are just wanting to take down another competitor in the business!
It's also the reason you do not see too many negative threads on other sellers, anyone posting a negative thread on a well liked member of the community by some, will be ripped apart for doing so.
It's all politics, sales and market shares with 90% of these threads and posts. It's a shame, but the truth. This is also why most members of all these forums rarely post, including myself. When it comes to these situations, you're either part of the madness or against it, and those who are on the sidelines. This is especially true with regards to Ball pythons and the way the market has tanked and left quite a few pissed off people. Everyone seems to be kicking and clawing for that same $1.00 being spent! Anytime they can slander or eliminate the competition, regardless of right or wrong, it's how some seem to make up for the loss of sales!
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that not everyone in the reptile community agrees with all this, but we are the minority or actually the unspoken majority! What they do with all this fighting is really more hurt than good, every newbie that reads a thread like that feels they want no part of this community, and not because of the so called "bad guy".

This will be my last post in this thread. At least until I add more positive feedback from the many future transactions I will be having with Clark Tucker of Power House Reptiles.
Power House Reptiles has top quality animals at unbeatable prices. Clark Tucker is a great guy to deal with and provides great customer service. There is not one person that has said otherwise, just a bunch of Ralph Davis Nerds and want to be's who blame Joe for crashing the market.
The fact is that there are only so many people who are going to pay $3K for a Pied. Once y'all are done selling them to each other the price has got to drop to $1200 or lower before hobbyist like myself will even think about purchasing them. Guess what, by the time mine start producing for me they will probably be selling for $400 - $600. Get over it!
 
And I believe what you have just done is post an anonymous 3rd party quote, which is not allowed here.
And you are the one that needs to get over it. You come on here, tooting the horn of someone who is not liked and expect everyone to say "You know Robert, you are right! We are all so stupid! How can we ever repay you for showing us the light!"
And before you go calling me a "Ralph Davis Nerd", I don't do ball pythons.
 
Rob, it's not the price Joe (or his partners) sell for.
It's Joe himself. He is the type of person where you would need to take a shower after dealing with him to remove the slime.
He could sell his animals for whatever he wants.
Myself and others just feel he is a slimy human being that doesn't deserve anyones business and it makes you wonder about the type of person who would partner with the likes of Joe.
