    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This mad me so angry to actually read lol.....considering Kaitlin posted right before you did....are you trying to act like your doing your best to get in contact with her?? To resolve this?? but Kaitlin is being so difficult in refusing to speak with you over the phone it's impossible?? no one is buying it....
 
I haven't received any messages from you whatsoever. I check my email every day and have my phone with me unless I'm in classes which I'm not since it's still break. Every time you do contact me you just throw the shipping price at me. Why would I pay shipping when all I want is a refund? I don't like working with people who are rude to me and as you stated you don't want my money after this transaction so why don't we just end it here. Just give me my refund and we can end this fiasco.

Why does she have to contact you, She wants nothing to do with you or your snake, You have her paypal email in your history. Log in and hit Refund and send her money back.

Longer you wait the worse this gets for you to ever sell anything again.
 
This is why I backed out of this pastel Clayton. You wanted me to call you when I worked 40+ hour weeks and hardly had the time. I got bad vibes from you and no longer wanted the snake. Now it's happening to Kaitlin. Which by the way, I'm the friend who's address was in Phoenix. As far as I know, you're black listed by alot of people. I can sit here and say refund her money but I know you won't.
 
This is not fair to you and I find this guy to no good he is really making you pay out the money when you should not have too 5$ a day to hold her? how stupid. People like this guy is why I never order any reptile on the internet not worth all of this mess sorry you had to deal with this crap.

Pay attention to the part in Bold. Didnt catch it till now, SYR WAS shipping snakes them times. But their insurance wouldnt cover shipments till after the 3rd of Jan. So yes you could of shipped Jan 2 for 3rd arrival, but chose not too. Why i have no clue..

You refund her yet!
 
This seems like another of those bad guy threads that would have never happened if the seller had used good customer service practices. Clayton, you very well may not be a scammer, but sometimes certain kinds of behaviors or business practices are going to scare people off. That is why the OP wants a refund and won't deal with you over the phone. She wants everything in writing so she can hold you to what you say and she is so turned off by your behavior that now she doesn't even trust the animal you're selling. Personally, I would only deal over the phone with someone I know. So I understand her point of view here in wanting written communication.

So if you're not a scammer and actually want this headache to go away there seems to only be two options: One, just refund her or, two, stop calling and just email her to work something out.

Everyone loves a comeback story. If you can resolve this in a graceful manner you maybe able to salvage your reputation here. And that may not seem like a big thing, but the reptile community is a small community. A small community with a long memory. I check this BOI on my phone at the local reptile show before I buy. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

If you want to make contact, DO IT IN WRITING. She just wants to make sure she has records of the whole transaction. That way it won't turn into a he said, she said, no I didn't BS. Was it truly that dificult to understand?

But I guess it is too late now. She wants her money back.

FINALLY GOOD NEWS!
I just got back $200 from filing the claim with my bank. I haven't received a refund or anything from Clayton and since I got $200 back this is a failed transaction and because of this I am going to call bank tomorrow and file the claim for the CC and get the rest of my money back and be done with this nightmare.

Clayton is hiding, hoping this all blows over. But Guess what It will NEVER go away ever.

You stole 400$ of someone elses money. Still have snake you will then sell again for more money. But have fun trying to sell with this Black Cloud over your head now.

Hows that bank account looking with the charge-backs coming from you.
 
I forgot to mention when we first decided to do business together he told me to pay with money gram. Luckily no place up here said they did money gram orders so I just paid with paypal where I am actually able to get my money back.
 
Doing a little more digging, Finding that Clayton was in the Army. Wonder what they would say about all this...

Tattoo on the right arm matches that of the one in the pastel picture on post one. Im sure his commanding Officer and higher up would like to know about this.

Conact his CO, it WILL help.

We had some problems with someone in the military who hit our car, and then disappeared on "vacation". His CO was NOT happy, and we heard from him in no time.
 
This is just silly. Mr. Miller, if you have time to respond to this thread and write messages to other users on this site then you have time to write to Kaitlin and try to resolve this with some class. And the beauty of email is that you DON'T have to be online all day. You send a message and she writes back when she reads it and then you write back whenever you read it. Simple and can take place at any pace. Stop trying to call her and just send an email already. If you do that, you won't see this thread continuing to grow.

So clayton you been on today and yesterday skimming the thread. Whats holding up refunding the money.

What you have to hide by blocking people on facebook. Only makes you look even more like a thief, wonder how your CO would feel about this. Once i get his info hell be directed to this thread
