Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

WOW, IS THIS EVER THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK.
ROB the SCAMMER comes to the BOI for rescue on something that he was involved in, but he cannot make good on SCAMS that he has done involving other people.
Namely the W.C. Female that was sold to me as a CB, CH that was eating. Nevermind that she doesn't eat, and had a ton of ticks.
OR how about the 2 males that were more than likely W.C. that you sold for ~$250 dollars as C.B. Females.

You have completely lied right here on this thread and seem to continue to do it without any remorse. You owe Ellen the money and need to just send it to her. If you can not afford to send it to her right now then be honest and let her know and stop lying saying it was sent and stop giving her a false/fake tracking number trying to get her to think you sent it out.
Also if you have a supposed letter giving you permission to ship snakes through the USPS please by all means post it on here. The US Postmaster has made it clear that there are NO SNAKES allowed to be shipped by anyone at anytime through the USPS. I feel your statement that you have a signed document that allows you to ship snakes through them is ludicrous and absolutely not true. Now you might have something stating that you can ship Lizards but not snakes. Any local USPS office does not have the authority to change their federal regulations to suit their customers needs as it is a federal regulation that sets forth that no snakes are to be shipped through the USPS and it is a federal crime to do so.

Thanks for the tip Chris...the reason we have not done business is quite evident...your business practices are quite suspect and it is obvious that you have ripped off many people. I keep waiting to hear someone say something positive on your behalf but the negatives keep coming. I agree with Rob that the possibility of you having a special dispensation from the USPS regulation of not allowing snakes to be shipped is a bunch of malarkey. I don't think it's the wildlife rehab you do or anything else. I think you've just got your chin up in the air daring whoever will to take a swing at you.

Post some proof, both of your taking care of Ellen and of this EXCLUSION you have from the PROHIBITIONS that USPS has on shipping snakes.

Hmmmm this thread is about you Chris. If someone had a problem with me or my animals they have never posted here nor said anything to me about anything. Any problems that have been with me that I am aware of have been posted on this site and handled. So no use in trying to change the focus in this thread.

Also, anyone can ship lizards (that to not violate federal laws) through the USPS without any special permit requirement but just not snakes. Also I called the US Postmaster office in Washington DC and asked them if there was any kind of waiver to be able to ship Snakes through the USPS and they said absolutely not. So whom am I to believe? The word direct from the US Postmaster?

Neither Justin or Kenny posted back in this thread. It is reasonable to assume that they both got what they requested from GMG; Justin the replacement snake, and Kenny his paperwork.

I thought I would just give everyone an update: I have e-mailed Chris many times, and am under the impression that he has blocked both e-mail addresses I have used to contact him. I have received no response whatsoever, nor have I received my $330 or the two snakes promised to me.
So much for taking care of the people who need to be taken care of, Chris.

I admit it does seem a little weird that Chris has offered to refund me for the 66% het pied that didn't prove out. Here's the story. He sold it to me gravid. He said that it was gravid from the 100% het pied that he also sold me at the same time. Within days after receiving the snakes and called Chris and told him I was not happy with the 66% het female that he sold me. <p>
The snake looked pretty banged up, some scabbed over scales and had a tick under its eye when I received it. To me, (IMO) I thought the snake looked and acted like a gravid wild caught animal (meanest snake I have EVER encountered, even now, months after I received her). I told Chris that I felt taken advantage of. <p>
To his huge credit Chris immediately offered to refund my $1200 for the snake if she didn't produce any pieds out of the clutch of 6 that she laid. He even sent me paperwork (which I have already posted a photo of...)<p>
I offered twice to return the 66% het. (mostly because I believe that it is a 0% het and it isn't fun to take care of at all.)<p>
Anyhow, I still believe that Chris will make this right with me - as we have agreed to a pastel instead of the $1200 he owes me. When he does I will be able to say without reservation that I have had a positive experience with Chris, albiet slow.

Another update: Last Thursday, I proposed a deal with Chris, since (though he denies it) this thread being on the front page is hurting his business. My deal was that as long as he replied to my e-mails, I wouldn't post here.
It worked.... for the day. I have heard nothing from him since. I warned him last night that if I didn't get a response, I would have to come here again and let everyone know that he had not refunded my money or sent the snakes.
So here I am, letting everyone know.
I wonder if I'll get my money back before Christmas.
