Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

hay chris i paypaled you 300 bucks back in april i have been calling you eveyday plus i emailed you a few times in the past 3 weeks im looking for my momey back i have tried to call you in the past an you never called back so could you please send me my money back show everyone your a nice guy here email me at [email protected]
 
Well, another week and I've still heard nothing from Chris. I guess he agreed to my deal thinking that I wouldn't post here even if he didn't hold up his side of it. Sorry Chris, not gonna happen.


What about the rest of you who are owed money/paperwork by Chris? Did he ever send that paperwork, Kenny?

Why would you believe a word this tool says? He's only been lying for 33 pages, he has no intention of making any of these bad deals right. If he was going to he would have done it by now.

Have you explored the legal remedies to your problem Ellen?
I think you should file complaints with all of the authorities who investigate these sort of crimes. I don't know that it will do you any good but it can't hurt.

I can't say I really believed him. I was just hoping that if I offered to not post updates here (thus dropping the post back off the front page), that maybe I might get my money back.

After 8 months, I really can't believe I'll ever get my money back, but I've got to try.

I don't know what authorities investigate this sort of thing, but if someone can enlighten me on the subject, I'll let the appropriate people know about Chris and what he's doing. I'm sure it would help if the other people who have been scammed by Chris would come forward and report him as well.
 
i sent chris guida some money back around the end of march for a pair of het pieds and he said they would be at my door in a week-well after endless excuses and most of my emails being ignored i asked for my money back and hes suddenly stopped emailing me alltogether the last few weeks.
just thought id speak up and let people know too.

wow this chris guy sounds really unprofessional just reading a few posts about this guy i already get the idea. ill keep the word out to not deal with this guy.

im not sure the website addy off hand .But if you goto kingsnake.com and in the classified section the have a link titled ripoffs etc it lists the FBI internet fraud site and a few others that would be the way to go .

I have not seen any papers yet .chris sucks.hes playing the disappearing act again. I have not seen or herd a word from him sence last post.
 
Alan, thanks for the info. I'll look into that right now. I would also highly recommend that the rest of the people here do the same. I may have only been ripped off for $330, but I know that a lot of you have been ripped off for a lot more (or paperwork worth a lot more).

If everyone Chris has scammed comes forward and goes to the fraud site, we might be able to do something about this jerk.

can't get chris

I've tried contacting Chris several times in the past week or so. No response. I really just want to work this out with him so I can lay it to rest. I still believe that he will make it right with me and honor the paperwork he sent me. If he cannot honor his own writing and signature, then his buisness is built of cards. Anyhow I'm still emailing - hoping that the $1200 I spent isn't lost money, cause I worked damn hard for it!

Just to let everyone know that Chris and I did not even up either. We came to an agreement for another animal, but I would have to throw money in. I had a problem with my car and I am also getting divorced, so I could not send the extra money, so I called Chris and told him that I could not do the swap. i told Chris that we had to do something of equal value and I did not hear back from him. So, I posted the animal on KS and someone made me a fair trade, but about $400 less than what I paid. But this animal is going to make someone happy. Its different , but not an orange ghost. It was not represented well and I thought Chris and I were friendly, but I guess money was stronger. If your reading this Chris, you really burnt a bridge with me. Its too late to make good on our deal. I really wanted to put a positive post up for you, but I can't. Also, If I can give you any bit of advice, make good with someone and start building up a good reputation. Do not live out of your means and do not make any promises you can not keep. You could wined up in jail, bankrupt or dead, if you mess with the wrong person. good luck to everyone else

Well, he can't be in jail, as he's been e-mailing me a bit over the last few days....

I have been e-mailing him through this site, since I don't believe he can block my e-mails if I do it that way. I got a response Monday:

Anyway, I reponded to that by pointing all his other lies, when he said I'd get paid, and how I thought (and still think) that he's lying yet again about ever giving me back my money. I don't have that e-mail on hand, but I got no response.
Wednesday, I wrote him another e-mail, with basically the same message.

I got this, and only this:

"piss off"


So Chris has yet again said I'll get my money back (ha), but when I point out that every other time he's said that (and promised that) it has been a lie, he refuses to respond. Seems like he's run out of excuses.

I'm considering calling the Fredericksburg, VA dept of Animal Control. I have a very strong feeling that with all the ball pythons he imports (then sells as hets), and how he spoke about the ratsnakes involved in our deal, that he does not take care of his animals. I have no solid proof, but I do know that Animal Control is required to investigate every complaint.
As I have already reported Chris to the internet fraud site, I'm not sure if I need to call.... but if another one of Chris's victims - or anyone else for that matter - would like to, the phone number is: 540-373-3122.

For the complaint, you will need his address. If you do not have it, I do, and would be happy to provide it for those who need it.

Chris at Cmg is bad guy

Where to start. I gave Chris a pastel male and $500. He was sending me a pair of het pieds, but was caught shipping them. When I talked to him later he said he had some stonewash pastels he would trade with an additional $3500. They would hatch in about a month. Two months have gone by and still no pastels or even pics. He told me they hatched out looking like regular pastels. When he wouldn't return phone calls I looked on BOI. Boy was I bummed. I left several messages with no response asking for my snake and money back. He emailed me assuring the deal would be finished. I sent one more email telling him to return my snake and money or call me. I also said, I would post on BOI if he did not call to work out the details. Needless to say....NO CALL. Now I know he was scamming me the whole time and stole from me. If anything, this has made me not want to deal on the internet unless they ship first. Too bad one person can ruin it for everyone else.
