    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I hope everyone gets what you promised them. its not to late to straiten every one out just take it one thing at a time . and yes, I have already started spreading the word. all I can do now is prove them out. thanks. you still have people who say you are alright just try to get your things strait and you will pull out of the bad and in to the good and yes it will make you fell better about yourself in the longrun.

No, Chris has not made good or even contacted me since he last posted here with that bull about his lawyers. Semms like it was just more lies to get everyone off his back.
Back to 20 e-mails a day, I guess.
 
In the construction field, we have what are called

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, which basically say, You the contractor agree to have xxxxx finished by xxxx date, and if you do not, I the owner will receive $xx per day until completion. So.....

I think reptile sales will have to be handled differently pretty soon. Something along these lines:

I agree to pay $200 to XXXXX xxxxx for one Female Captive Bred Ball Python. Seller agrees to ship at sellers cost said Ball Python, ( picture attached) overnight, to XXXX address. Alive arrival and my 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. The Ball should be eating, xxxxx grams, and properly sexed. The shipping shall be Delta Dash, shipped no later than xxxx date, for xxxx arrival. IF, FOR ANY REASON, Ball Python is not received by said date, Seller agrees to pay buyer $xxxx per day until Ball is received. Etc.....
 
So where's this all going? I just got done reading all 43 pages of this drama, and really wanna know if Chris got what he had coming.

Chris hasn't made good with the majority of us. and no, he hasn't got what he deserves either. The whole situation really sucks. The only justice it seems is that he won't be doing any good business until he makes good and gets this thread cleaned up... if then...

Has anyone ever proven out or not proven out any animals from Chris? And if they did not prove out have you tried getting your money back? Just curious. I bought a couple of het. pieds from Chris and was confident that they were what he said they were. After reading all of this the couple of hours I'm feeling a little ill. I hope they are what they were sold to me as but it will still be a year before I know.

I really hope Chris makes good on all of you that have beef because it's situations like this that make it harder for everyone to sell animals. Later.

So far there is only one person that obtained a clutch from a 66% possible het for pied. The female in question was bought already gravid together with a 100% hetero male for $2,000 for the pair (males going for $1,000 at that time). If I remember the right terms she was referred to as being "all-banged-up and tick-infested". She gave birth to a clutch of normal babies. CMG offered a pastel jungle as a replacement but I don't recall that ever happening.

You got it just perfect, alvaro. That is exactly what happened. It is possible that the female was a 66% het, but after seeing the condition she was in when I received her, I never expected anything but normals from her, I ended up with 6 normals. Besides that, she has only eaten twice since laying... making her one thin snake that I can't breed this year either.

Chris hasn't made this right with me, he promised me a male pastel in place of the $1500 he PROMISED ME on the phone. I even told him I'd take a male pastel, which can go for around $1000.

Still waiting....

That really sucks man. I won't be breeding mine to each other until next year so I won't know until then I guess. They are really healthy animals that look great so I will keep my fingers crossed.

You know what kills me though is that I spoke to about 5 people that said that Chris was a very reputable dealer and that I had nothing to worry about w/ him. I wonder where they are now and how they feel about giving a thumbs up to people if it turns out that the animals in question are bunk? It makes me think that all of us should think twice before recommending someone to someone else unless we are very sure about the person we are dealing with. I would feel horrible if I was to give a good evalution of someone if it turns out they are selling bad stuff or are not dealing w/ others the way they should.

I really hope everything gets cleared up and that the animals that were sold to me and to other people are what they were sold as. I will be very angry if all my time and my investment turn out to be for not. I have papers from Chris and hope his signature meems something. Keep posting about these situations we all know what is going on. Good luck.

Hey guys, I have been through this a couple of times.
I have been building my collection of Panther Chameleons for quite some time now. Some of the more colorful ones range from 400 to 600 a piece.
You guys can get your money back.
Legally at that.
First off, whoever got ripped off, needs to file with the FBI Interent Fraud department right away, because there is a statue of limitations that you guys are gonna have to deal with, hence the reason why I think he is stalling.
Once you file, you contact the local Sherriff (not the local police because it is a county issue)
And those of you that sent money orders or checks through the USPS, you can also add Interstate Fraud onto the charges as well.
If you sent through Paypal, then he can be charged with wire fraud.
