ok first of all lets get this straight. and i am not on here to get 500 more pages going but rather to clear a few things up. there are a couple of people i owe animals to that is correct but those of you that have your animals from me and want to jump on this bandwagon against me thats fine but that is not fraud. you got what you paid for and the animals will prove out. i am not stalling for statue of limitations or nothing like that. fraud would be if the person was a scam to begin with and never had product to send. i can prove through paypal and other payment options such as credit cards and money orders that i have done a ton of business and all of it was good up until the point that one hard to deal with customer got this whole thing to snowball out of control. and i have had to pay people back that even got animals from me because of this and if she thinks after creating this that she is first in line for a refund she is sadly mistaken. now if you want to waiste your time by taking me to court and start a bunch of drama over this then that is fine. i am prepared to furnish all the proof i need and have a lawyer ready to proceed. otherwise my only other option is to handle this the only way i can and that is to pay back the people i owe money or animals to. now lets see how would i go about doing that? one way is to do business but wait i cant do that cause that was ruined for me by the bashing i took on here. so know the only other option would be for me to go back to work in the field that i was in before the reptile business and i still have to pay my bills out of that so it will take some time. so you tell me what you think i should do cause i would love to hear the advise since so many of you on here know everything. now i tried to end the dispute with miss ellen force along time ago and she can come on here and talk all the crap she wants about he said she said but she was the most difficult person i ever dealt with. i dont expect you people on here that trash me to be sympathetic or anything else like and im not looking for that but you guys seem to have so much knowledge from a one sided situation. think about the people you ruin and the careers you screw up when you go on a forum like this and trash somebody when it is none of your damn business. now this is not directed towards those i owe. i know who you are and i will take care of it but it is not something i can do overnight. i have already discussed with my lawyer a couple different ways to handle that and it will be taken care of even if i have to take out loans but if you have not dealt with me then get a life and worry about your own problems unless your perfect and i serious doubt you are.

Hey Chris,

I hope you don't think that I was in any way bashing you. I think that our business together was very pleasent and I got the animals in a timely manner and they were in good health. I just get a little scetched out when I see 45 pages of complaints and bickering back and forth about a person I did some business with.

You seemed to me to be a very nice guy and a good dealer to deal w/ but I got a little worried and wanted to see if anyone had proved animals out from you. I hope to God they will prove out and I really hope you will make everything right w/ all the people that need to be reimbursed or need papers and what not. Maybe then you could do want you like and start selling animals again. Good luck.

Before I sell my animals I'm going to photo ID them etc.
I'm knew to this hobby and would hate for someone to use my paperwork in a FRAUD-E way.

Seems I can add other person to the NOT to deal with list.

First off no-one wants you broke. Competition is sound for the buyer. The more honest dealers there are out there the more choices there are. You have posted interesting animals in the past. But it is not that is worrying people though.

So far there is one that got a tick-infested possible hetero for pied that hatched normals, let’s hope the rest will prove out. With regards to that particular instance, why didn’t you asked for that female to be returned. After all she was a 66er with only one clutch on her, which could have proven in the next breeding? Maybe even sell her again? But yet you wanted nothing to do with her. Why didn’t you ask for the return of the babies? Even if you assumed after one breeding she was probably a normal the clutch was all 50% possible, and worth $200 each ($1,200). You offered to replace everything with a pastel jungle instead without even considering the return of the ball pythons, years of pied genetics thrown out the window…

Let’s hear about it. So far we know of only one person you returned a deposit to and it is because he had a family problem. The other one received the paperwork owed which cost you a 37 cent stamp (plus the paper and the ink, OK). Let’s hear some names and contact information of those of which you returned their money to.

According to your ads you have Kahl albino boa breeders (you know, the one that produced the baby albino you had once for sale). How much are those worth?

No one is asking you to go broke. But it seems you want to “eat grit and whistle Dixie at the same time”, that doesn’t work like that.

Yes, you left it in writing in this forum. You said, and I quote “That has already been arranged”, meaning the return of her money and the animals. It never happened.

Well, Chris, although I agree with a lot of stuff alvaro said, I am very thankful for your post and I hope you continue to post from time to time... I get really worried when you drop off for months at a time.

I'm feel a little better after hearing you say that you are still intending to make good with me.

Is there any way you can give me some idea when you can send me the pastel so we can put this all behind us?

Email me privately if you would, and tell me why you said you would give me one of the pastels you were hatching out around June 6, but then said you didn't have any? Did they not produce. It's not a shame to have crappy odds, but it is not right just not answer and leave a customer up in the air for months after a promise was made.

We may have not exchange money or snakes but we have dealt with each other on several ocassions through e-mails. Otherwise how would I know about the Kahl albinos? Of course you would rather have me send money to you, but we both know it is not going to happen. You have made pretty clear that those that sent you money never to receive their animals should keep their mouths shut if they ever want to receive anything from you. Thus it is left to those that were not directly involved with you to inquire about your "business" practices. Again, I have nothing personal against you, but your practices reflect badly on the rest that conduct busines on-line. You asked for suggestions on what to do. I proposed selling some animals to pay back your debts. I have yet to see one for sale.

We dealt with Chris last year on numerous occasions, he purchased quite a few imported female ball pythons from us. Our transactions went off without a hitch.
