That sand boa looks DREADFUL. I didn't even realize that's what it was supposed to be at first! I am so sorry you were scammed. Please make sure if you buy items and animals from an unknown on CL or other sites that you get their full names and insist that animals are well inspected before money changes hands.
When I meet up with locals to sell animals, I personally take the animals out of the bags myself so they can look at them before they take off. He definitely sounds sketchy. I hope you can get this matter resolved to some degree. Good luck with nursing the living animals back to health and remember: quarantine!
