Yes I made the Mistake of sending him a coral via ground mail.

& again I will admit I sent him to his house a LIVE az very well packed..and yes it was shipped by ground..

As far as inquires and comments about carriers are concerned, I understand that there are several carriers available that offer services for overnight shipment and next-day delivery regardless of the toxicity of the reptile, so why interested people are commenting about this is irrelevant.

I did not learn until just a few minutes ago in your post that common ground carrier’s are not permitted to ship venomous. It might be considered ignorance, or whatever you might determine it to be, but perhaps that policy needs to revised

I am not a reptile dealer, never was a reptile dealer, and never will be a reptile dealer. I have never sold one single snake on a personal basis. And I never was involved in the mail order sales at the professional level as my interests and dedication was only towards the healthcare of the reptiles by ensuring they received the most attention they deserve

I've been thinking about getting into Candoia boas, but I'd never buy them from you. I just have to look at existing threads here to see that some of your customers have been distinctly UNDERwhelmed by your stock, its health, and your lack of customer service skills. You have me confused. I didn't start taking issues with you until a different thread.

I haven’t voiced an opinion on the IBD snake or made a single post in regards to the situation.

I did ask for clarification in regards to your statements that you don’t keep Boids and received it.

I did state on an earlier thread that you could avoid hassles by making changes to your TOS. You have made some changes.

I didn’t make any comments about the skinks or how you handled that situation.
I did ask why you thought they were making threats to steal your collection. I simply disagreed with your answer.

I stated on one thread that I thought the allegations against you were weak and wrong.

I disagreed with you on a post that you made stating it wasn't a big deal to receive mites on a snake. To just treat it and move on.

I disagreed with your initial response not to ship replacements on the frog transaction and was glad that you finally decide to after the BOI thread was made.

I disagreed with you with dragging Hell forum posts on the BOI to attack the good guy threads of others because you didn’t like what they posted about you in that forum. Not because of any bad transaction but just because you didn’t like the style of their postings or what they stated in that forum about you.

I did take issue with you in the Hell forum and we went back and forth about sidetracking conversation. Your friends in Washington, mites etc etc. Some names were called back and forth and that thread belongs in Hell.

I posted links to previous threads and voiced an opinion that all those who have come forward with problems you have publicly called them names. In return, you directed the name calling at me which I responded. I’m of the opinion that it is very unprofessional of you.

I have now taken issue with the fact that you called Jim a liar about receiving a hot by ground transport. My point wasn’t in regards to if you agreed or not but the simple facts that you stated you have never received a hot by ground. The thread linked proves otherwise. Anything else, I would be inclined to take your word over Mike’s anyway.

Yeah we can see from the recent Bad Guy threads about you that your customers are overwhelmed but it would seem that they are overwhelmed with Dissatisfaction .

I never lied. I met all my obligations in the terms of the sale and extended for customer satisfaction. In this case, they were delivered live and healthy and were reported to arrive alive and healthy and that ends the obligation.

You were never exactly eloquent, but you didn't come off as a raving lunatic in those older posts. Have YOU sustained a recent head injury or some other psychological trauma that has caused you to lose it completely?
