    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was right, sounds more like a case of PMS.

And Eriks animals came from Surinam not my snake sales room and I thought he knew that already? One was a recent wild caught and another a long term captive that I think is doing well.

From what I recall, the vet examined one and the report said it was clean. Afterward, I don't know what happened as it was many months ago and never heard back from him.

Haven't heard from him. I just wanted to pick his brain on his lack of concern with the possibility of this being IBD. I also wanted to compare his knowledge and understanding of IBD with my own (which is not extensive). Some things aren't adding up as far as inclusion bodies are concerned. Sometimes speaking to someone is warmer and clearer than the printed word.
 
I skimmed the posts today and Chuck proved that there was no virus, so what's to talk about? If someone wishes to speak with the other customer who says his are thriving, then that is fine. Let me know and I will track him down.

What lack of concern are you talking about? IBD disease/virus was not present in that snake nor any other snakes so why pretend to be concerned or not? I did ask the other buyer if his were fine and he said they were great. Had his died from some odd disease or something, I would have froze about 10 other snakes in that room, but his snakes are fine and thriving etc.

Are you an animal dealer or just an animal? I am assumng you're not a dealer from your lack of experience with issues that can arise from animal sales and your many ignorant remarks all the time. You have read that the buyer was compensated for the animal despite it arrived alive, although strangled. If the other snake somehow had any disease, the buyer would have been compensated. So why are you all bent out of shape over this?

You read a report where a guy got an injured animal and he got a refund. So what is your problem with that? These things rarely happen in the trade, but they are taken care and life goes on? Is there some internal frustration going on there we can help you with?

Chuck, Prove what again? I don't have time to go back to your discussions with the buyer fighting him over the fact that the report did not say the findings were a virus. And business is great. How are you? Why would you be so concerned with my business? I sell dozens of animals each week and have many standard orders with several pet shops/jobbers and its all a sweet walk in the woods here. So why are you concerned with my business?

I read a report that said inclusion bodies that are compatible with IBD were present NOT that there was any sign of strangulation as you so "claim", the same inclusion bodies that were present in another necropsy report dealing with this same disease that was also posted in this very thread *read the vet report again if you forget* and Laura's Post , i also linked to pages earlier on in this thread that also mentioned those SAME inclusion bodies that would also be detected in an IBD infected animal.

The only frustration is that YOU arent doing anything to check and see if you might have more infected animals.

YOU CANT SEE this disease just by looking at the animals. So unless you have vet reports that state your collection is clean, You dont know for sure that your animals are 100% clean and healthy

What animals? I bought one boa to resell since that sale and bought 3 more last week and they were not even put in the same room as the costa rican boas, so what gives with all the worry? My collection consists of vipers and they don't have any issues and are kept in a separate room and never heard of one with and bone diseases.

Craig, the vet certificate? I asked the broker to dig it out today from the files and he said he would find it and mail a copy. But don't let that minor delay give you a break and put down that shovel. Put on gloves because you will need to dig fast.
