Dan Scolaro said:Yea, look at that report of signs and syptoms of snakes suffering from IBD. I did not see any of those signs and symptoms. Had I seen anything, then I would have called the buyer and discussed the issue. I once was packing and noticed a small nose rub on a snake and called the buyer and he was cool with it and I threw in another free snake because he was a delight to speak with. I had other sources for costa rican boas. Had that one any issues to notice, I would have told the buyer and got him another one down the road at a friends. No big deal to do that.

CAT: As an example, the statement that you keep making that you know that the boa you sent was completely healthy because it didn't show any symptoms of IBD.
Ok, for just a minute, let's pretend that we know the snake actually did appear outwardly healthy when you shipped it out. Regardless of that, its outward appearance DOES NOT MEAN IT CANNOT HAVE IBD. You can repeat that you refunded his money 100 more times, I don't care. You can keep insisting that it appeared healthy before you shipped it. Fine. None of this has any bearing on the fact that the necropsy SHOWED IBD. If it had IBD, it was not completely healthy. I'm not sure what part of that you cannot grasp.
Dead and dying snakes ARE legitimate complaints, whether or not you refunded their money. To say that you have had no legitimate complaints is a good example of that "deception" I referred to earlier. Some of those complaints may have been resolved....but they were still perfectly legitimate at one time.
