    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Start apologizing for all the insults youve been tossing around, and the threat of legal action against others on this site. Careful though, you might have to go back and reread everything you posted.... wouldnt want to be caught lying again!!!

Chuck, you are just jealous and it reaks from your nasty posts that have no evidence of any kind. So you are sad that you could not pressure me to do what? Pay the fellow back his money for the snake that arrived strangled? I did pay him the next day so what is your problem? Did you want to be paid also?

Hi Chuck, I see you are still here. Maybe you could shed some light for me. Say someone else comes forward and has a snake that he can prove that he bought from Dan and that it does indeed have IBD. And it can all be proven. What can be done to stop him from doing this to others.

Reporting him to floridas fish and game im sure would help, and maybe any influential reptile groups or specialists in his immediate area.

How would you feel if someone sold you a snake. Maybe a fairly expensive snake. Then two months down the road it gets sick and dies. You have it tested and it turns out to be this IBD. Not only has it killed your expensive snake but has also infected your whole collection. How would you feel? What would you do?
Dan you should take some responsibility. Because there are accusations flying that you sold this snake with IBD. Do a little digging yourself. Contact the fellow with the snake. Find out the real truth instead of making it up as you go along. Show some bloody concern for crying out loud.
Maybe I am talking out of turn because of my lack of experience. I did not have it out for you in any way of form until this thread. You should maybe take some advise instead of thinking of conspiracies.

I honestly don't know. I'm not sure if its possible to do anything else or if there are any actual agencies that could shut him down if more case of IBD surface.

Right now I think as a community we are doing the right thing and all we can do by spreading the word around. Keeping these threads alive so the new folks he might try to snag are well informed and can avoid him. It is working. He only got the new guy Jesse because he was a newb to these forums. If Jesse would have read these threads you can bet it would have been a no-sale for DTS. Dan's other ads on KS are almost a month old and auto re-listed so we know his business is suffering. We just got to keep putting this message out and be persistent.

Another thing that is working in our favor is that we got him chasing his tail around fauna trying to answer on six of his bad guy threads instead of him focusing on his business. We are effectively distracting him from conducting further bad business.
 
Leslie: Please read the entire thread. This disease is supposed to be very contagious and the other snake in the bag never showed with any disease nor has any other snake shown with the disease that was with the snake in question. The buyer was quite aware of what IBD was and isolated his snake and it is reported as doing great as are the other 2 that another fellow bought. Had any of them showed with issues, then yes, I would seek to follow through with compensation to the buyers and from the breeder of that snake. From consult with vets, they said that if the snake indeed had IBD virus, then it was all but impossible for the other snakes to not be showing symptoms by now. As is the case, I always contended the snake never had IBD and none of the other snakes show it, so its another witch hunt gone bad for the board of idiots. I guess some of these folks will follow the other snakes for 10 years because their noses and butts are picked clean and they have nothing better to do.

OK, Dan. Party is over. I've tolerated your berating my site long enough and this is the end of that sort of chatterboxing from you. If you want to go head to head with other members here, then by all means, have at it, but I will no longer tolerate the crap you are spouting over being derogatory to the BOI, or it's entire membership, in general. Do it again and you will be booted out of here. "Booted" being defined as no longer able to defend yourself in any manner concerning issues about you. Also meaning that you will not be able to reply to or discuss anything anyone says about you regardless of what it is. And yes, I can LEGALLY do that. I'm 42 and retired, Dan, and my family is very well provided for. I don't get excited about making the kind of chump change your talking about. Especially when you can divide that by your next expected big sale, say occurring in 10 days, which works out to be about $240.00 per day. I guess your fine with your kids not attending private school.

You're retired too, but you still need to work to make that money. Lets face it...you're not really "retired", you're just unemployable and you made some really really piss poor decisions on how to make and manage your money.
