Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dave, you are just ridiculous. I would have more to say but i am trying to be as polite as i can. I was letting this go as i really dont want to put the effort into having a battle with you. But here it goes. First of all you were trading me a FEMALE albino not a male!! You also told me it was about 40". Sorry but that is not an adult. You cant even remember what the trade was? You were trying to sell a female for $1,700.00 and couldnt find a buyer. The animals you were interested in were sold for $1000 each. The ones you were interested in are not still on my site. You must have emailed me 10 times about a trade. You offered everyting but the kitchen sink because you had to have these animals. The problem is you never remember what you say or do. We did speak on the phone and we did come to an agreement. I am sure you forgot it as soon as you hung up the phone though. Then after the deal was totally completed, all that was left was to arrange shipping, i get an email telling me you wanted more. i said forget it and no more was said. As far as being immature, you should really try to be a little more yourself. When i say something i do it. You should really try that to. I dont care what the deal was, if you agree to it the manly thing to do is to follow trough. that is also good business. Once again it seems you agreed to something and then changed your mind. As far as you bashing my animals they are the same animals you tried so hard to get. Do I smell sour grapes. I sell more quality animlas by accident then you do on purpose. I also dont really care how much you sell to big breeders. I know plenty of breeders that wont even deal with you let alone return your emails, as they are so incoherent at times. I think that is all for now. I really dont feel i will be posting again on this matter. But hey Dave, good luck to you pal.

O.K. Dave the balls in your court. Lets see the email you say you sent that evening.
Also, if you were so keen to lose money by offering to replace the snake with a much more expensive one then it is also feasible that you would agree to the trade with Mr. Martino for animals you say were less valuable.
By the way, what does how much you paid for cages or snakes have to do with whats going on here? Looks like the head may not fit through the door much longer LOL. Seriously though when you start throwing out that kind of nonsense it leads me to believe you are trying to make yourself look like a big time breeder by throwing out dollar amounts. I honestly can't remember seeing a truly well known breeder feel it necessary to divulge their spending practices.

I am not really surprised that Dave's understanding of the situation was jumbled. I have seen him say things on a few forums that contradicted other things he said. He actually WON a free snake, pick of the litter from my pastel boa line on our site, and in order to avoid having to ship one of his snakes, gave the snake to someone else. His response when told that he won was something like "Thanks guys, just send it to Randy". Well, about 2 months later, I found an email in our business email account from him asking where HIS snake was.
About the value of the replacement snake...that is just too funny.
Batman sent money for a snake that was 450.
That snake according to Dave cost over 1000.
Batman thought he was getting a damned good deal.
The snake is sold to someone else, and Dave offers 700 dollar snakes as replacement, which is still an awesome deal, but a few hundred short of what the original snake was worth.

Get your facts straight and for the record they live in different states but then again you are the detective and already know that.

Hey,

I never did a deal with Dave but was on his mailing list 2 yrs back. One e-mail he sent had a virus which crashed my computer, rendering it completely inoperable. I now have a new computer but will never deal with Dave via e-mail (although he has some very nice Hogs!)!!!

I wonder if Dave of East ,Tn reptiles is really Jeremy Clark of Cleveland, Tn. It sure is starting to appear that way. The best way I know to tell is check his IP address and that of Jeremy Clark. Another way is to "starve him out" in a business sense. Buyers beware...

I ALWAYS try to keep my word. The reason I didn't even think bout the $8 was the package was shipped 2nd day.......so it didn't even enter my mind. Glad things worked out Chris.

Hello Dave. Since this thread was posted it reminded me that our deal from 4 years ago is not complete. I sent you that Dumeril and I paid for the shipping and I still haven't gotten ANYTHING back yet. I figured this thread was the best way to pressure you into sending me something. i don't care what it is. No offense meant but if you got your $457 back.....let it go. By my count you are way ahead of the game. Snarling over the postage on a ground package is just making you look petty.
 
I don't think Chris questioning Dave about 8 dollars is as petty as Dave holding out on the 8 bucks.If he said he was sending, it should have been sent. Chris did everything that was expected of him prior to and during the "transaction". Dave keeps fumbling.If every time Dave slips, Chris takes the ball and runs, maybe that will encourage Dave to pay a bit more attention to detail.
Dave, well done on sending the money back.
