    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I really don't care about the warning point, I would much rather that some changes were made to the process of people "buying" the ability to issue them...

Especially people who claim they make $200 a month and therefore cannot pay thier COURT ORDERED debts.

I do appreciate you folks speaking up as well though!!
 
He confused anonymous with heresay. The source doesn't have to post anything themeselves, though its always preferred, a name just has to accompany the source of info.

You've made 100 posts in another thread but have not addressed this issue. You paid $150 to be a mod here ($50 fine after your meltdown led to a suspension and $100 to become a Benefactor member). Please explain why you have not paid toward that legal judgement against you when you had that $150 sitting around.

Why aren't you paying back the debt you owe? At least attempting to set up a payment plan??

I will work something out with Dennis and I will only talk about this with Dennis either over the phone or we can meet in person, he and I, SCOTT IS NOT INVITED.

I owe Scott nothing he is not involved his name is not on anything and for that matter neither is any of yours.

That is like the bank janitor asking you about you home loan, you ain't going to do it well neither am I.

I have answered the Gublitz question over and over, so weed over all the off topic post and find it.

I think this answers your questions.

Jim.... That LIEING SACK hasn't paid me one thin dime, YET.... My judgement is good for 10 years, with a 10 year extension, should it be needed.... That LIEING SACK has put everything he owns in his mommy's name, since he's obvioulsly not MAN ENOUGH to take care of his own business.... But, as I said before, his Mommy won't live forever, and THEN I will go after everything he then owns.... And MY judgement has 6% interest tacked on, which means for every year that LIEING SACK doesn't pay me, another $400 (or so) is added on.... I consider it a "forced savings account".... He actually THINKS he's getting away with something.... ONE DAY, he will have a big surprise coming to him.... sooner or later, I WILL get what's owed me.... BET ON IT!!....

These are not aswers to the question I asked so I'll pose it again.

How is it that a poor man such as yourself, forced to squeak by on $200/month (in season) has $150 to spend to hand out warning points here and you don't use it to pay off the two judgements against you (that we know of)?

I can keep asking if you like or you can answer the questions.

Oh, and as for Scott's father in law, you don't need to meet with him face to face. And if he takes the meeting it is not up to you who he brings along as a witness. If I were him and you wanted a meeting I'd give you my lawyer's address and tell him that's where you can drop off payment.

Now, answer the questions. Why did you use the $150 that you owe others to come back here? Why not try to be a man and settle your debts?

Further, Scott's father-in-law should also know that the dim-witted lawson is a hardened (pardon the pun) criminal and conman. he has at least one stalking charge that we know of. Do not meet him at all. Or if you do, have it be at a police station.

Interesting that you want to speak with Dennis privately yet hound Ellis to come here and speak publicly. Smacks of a double standard. How 'bout you answer the questions put to you here and now?
 
Dave if you want I can hold the rock up for you so you can climb back under it. It is funny you actually think people buy your good guy, helpful and caring person routine. You are a manipulator and a real piece (not of work either). You won't ever change you just get better at lying, cheating, manipulating etc...

I don't think you need to meet with Dennis - the Pasco County Court is who issued the judgement against you, so I would guess that you need to go through them for any payments you would like to make....

Of course, I have never been on your end of this type of thing, so I am not 100% sure how it works...

As good as you are at chasing down bad guys in the "other" thread, I'm sure you could make a few calls and figure out how to pay your own debts... :shrug01:

Still looking for answers to my question. Why did you spend $150 to come back here and not pay on your outstanding debts and judgments.

Scott, after the court makes the judgment, collection of the debt, if the loser doesn't pay, falls on the winner of the case. There are some things you can do, like filing papers to get any tax refunds, garnishing his wages, etc. I don't know all the options, but there are some.

The problem is, Dave is fully aware of this, so he hides his assets, and doesn't have a regular job, or legitimate business. He deals under the table, so, on paper, he has nothing of value to take.
 
BTW, His payments need not go through the court. If he sends money orders via carrier pigeon, it wont matter, as long as he pays.
