    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dave Lawson Finally Where He Should Be

That's all fine Ken, and already understood. And it's the Admins choice to make. But I just don't get how the likes of Lawson would be accepted, let alone even considered, (no matter how much he could cough up), as a representative of the site. He's a proven liar and scum of the earth. Surely that can't be the desired element the Admin is seeking to represent this place. Or is it?

Just my humble opinion.

From reading Daves posts in other threads, I can tell you that he is all about staying on topic, and would not want his personal thread derailed...

Scott, I do not owe you anything not a dime. Dennis is a big boy and he can contact me anytime he wants he has both my phone numbers and my home address. I gather that Dennis is a herp keeper since you said he wanted payment in Ball python morphs. Ask him to come to the Daytona show and he and I can talk but all this smack you are talking is not not helpping at all, If anything it is only hurting. Does he know what you are doing?

Again I will say it, I am not going to talk about this with a warehouse stockboy that has nothing to do with the matter at hand. Why is it that you see me at all the shows but never not once have you came to me like a man and talked to me about this? But behind your monitor you are all talk.

Hmmmm Dave ....maybe he does not want to be seen with a known criminal and liar or maybe he is afraid that Neil will come out from under your table and bite him in the leg. Or maybe just maybe given you and your brother Neil's rep here on the boards and in life he does not want to be followed home and have his animals stolen.

That's just it, he has no integrity, and falls way short of being a real man. A real man would have the testicular fortitude to admit he's wrong and make an effort to right said wrong. Instead he displays the 12 year old mentality that has come to be expected of him.

I have said it here that Yes I owe Dennis Not Scott

I have made 2 calls to Dennis and was told that he did not wish to talk to me.

It would seem that if Dennis was hard up for this money well he would talk to me about it.

John, I Know that Neil steals his daddy's snakes 4 times(that was proven). It was never shown that I stole anything well unless you believe Neil.

See the point that you guys don't see is that Dennis and I had a agreement in 9/1/05 That his maintenance person allowed Bob Edwards into the building I rented from him and Edwards cleaned in out of animals. Dennis agreed that if I moved out on or before 9/1/05I would owe him nothing.

Over 1 1/2 year later Dennis files the suit, He never once contacted me. But Scott told me that he (Scott) would take some balls in payment I told him to pound salt and then the suit was filed.

Again Dennis has never (prior to or after the suit) ask me for any money. But Scott is being a mouth piece. The last time I spoke with Dennis on this matter which was in mid 06 I ask Dennis about Scott wanting ball pythons Dennis said "REALLY". BUT EVEN THEN I WAS NOT ASK TO PAY ANYTHING.

So yes I will talk to Dennis about this but Scott has nothing invested in this and therefore needs to stay out of it. I look at it like this if Dennis wants to talk then I will be more then happy to sit down and work it out, with him. But Scott need to keep stocking the warehouse selves. :thumbsup:

YOU OWE HIM. He shouldn't have to contact you. ALL of the effort to make this debt good, should be coming from YOU, the DEBTOR. By whatever means is necessary.

OH I KNOW!!

Get a job right next to Scott stocking shelves (as you like to point out that he does) so you can make more money then the 200 in season and just start sending Dennis the money in the form of money orders. He starts receiving payments and you have an automatic receipt for it.

Pretty simple really.

Rozanna, I ask the clerks office about sending Dennis checks with "payment on case # xxxxxxxxx in the memo section, They advised me against it for several reasons. They said the best way is to have Dennis sign a receipt everytime. That does sound reasonable to me.

I would like to work this out but I am only going to go so far and I am at that point. I tried twice there will not be a third time. I am sure that If I owed either of you and I called that you would talk to me.

Good, a post that addresses it. Do what you have to do to satisfy the debt. You owe him money and the emphasis on getting it to him should be on you. Make attempts through the courts if you have too. This is a MUST as far as your future goes in this hobby/business.

Regardless of whether he is chasing you down or not, save the money up now, not later. If you can't get ahold of him for 6 months at least have 6 months worth of payments in reserve yo pass to him when you do.

You know the amount needed, so work on it. If you have to make a post here monthly stating: Dennis, I now have $xxx for you, please get ahold of me or respond to my inquiries so I can pay you."

This shows legitimate effort to repay him. And if you say you have $xxx, have it.

Alan, I know that most people here just like to stir the :censored: and then there is Scott that wants to come here and act like I have refused to pay or that Dennis has tried to collect but that is not the case at all. I have came here and said I owed Dennis I have tried to contact Dennis twice and was told he did not want to talk to me. I want to make arrangements with Dennis but He will not talk to me. I will try but Scott needs to stay out of it and allow me and Dennis to deal with this.

Potts, Either prove it or retract it.

If I admitted to it I would be in jail or you would have taken me to civil court.

And please do not rely on anything the Gubitz or Tippi say.

You burglarized my store THREE times, you burglarized Bob's store ONE time (that we know of) and you burglarized Susan's store ONE time (that we know of), not to mention a couple of others in the area, including Josie's store (before she closed it).... You blame everyone but YOU!!.... YOU still OWE ME $6000+, I suppose you're going to deny that, too, huh??.... If you don't like me saying that, take me to court.... I would LOVE to get you in front of a judge again.... One day, it's all going to catch up with you, and I'll be there to see it!!
