Oh jesus...how many times are we going to go through this??

Richard and Sammy, I have done both
I have said it here that Yes I owe Dennis Not Scott
I have made 2 calls to Dennis and was told that he did not wish to talk to me.
It would seem that if Dennis was hard up for this money well he would talk to me about it.
You called here when your credit card machine was delived here in error. You have never once, to my knowledge, called here and said, "Hi, I owe Dennis some money and want to talk to him about dropping off some cash!"
I passed on the information to you that Dennis did not want you on the property. However, let me change that to say, Dennis does not want you to show up here with more stories and lies. If you want to stop by during business hours to drop off some cash, feel free to come by any afternoon between 2pm and 4pm.

See the point that you guys don't see is that Dennis and I had a agreement in 9/1/05 That his maintenance person allowed Bob Edwards into the building I rented from him and Edwards cleaned in out of animals. Dennis agreed that if I moved out on or before 9/1/05I would owe him nothing.
Over 1 1/2 year later Dennis files the suit, He never once contacted me. But Scott told me that he (Scott) would take some balls in payment I told him to pound salt and then the suit was filed.
You "rented" (and I use that term loosely, as you never actually PAID rent) the buliding for months. Once Dennis told you that you had to pay or leave, you packed up and hit the road, with a promise to pay off the back rent due. What you were told, if I recall correctly, was that if you paid the money you owed, that Dennis would void the remainder of the lease you signed. Dennis never saw you or the money again. When it was aparent that no money was coming, and I had started getting into ball pythons, I told Dennis that maybe I could get some female ball pythons out of you, in leiu or actual cash - since it was obvious that you were not going to pay. He said that I may as well try it...which I did. When I approached you about it, you said something to the effect of, "Yeah, sure...let me see what I can get!"
Again, all we heard from you was nothing.
At that point, Dennis filed suit, since you had been given a year to make good on your promises.

So yes I will talk to Dennis about this but Scott has nothing invested in this and therefore needs to stay out of it. I look at it like this if Dennis wants to talk then I will be more then happy to sit down and work it out, with him. But Scott need to keep stocking the warehouse selves.
If it wasn't for me, no one else would know about this, so I feel that I am a pretty vital part of the puzzle at this point. If you ever actually PAY the money you owe Dennis, it will be soley based on my posts in this thread - otherwise Dennis would never have heard from you again. I am 100% confident in that.
It seems you take great pleasure in trying to make me into a "stockboy" or "warehouse worker", when in fact I am a General Manager of this company. My warehouse guys work hard, and believe it or not, they make over $200 per month (and that isn't even IN SEASON!). Like someone else said, maybe you should give warehouse work a shot. I cannot offer you a job here though, because I do not believe you would pass the background check.
As for why I don't talk to you at shows, it is really simple - you aren't a person that I would prefer to be associated with, and you aren't going to reach into your pocket at pay the money you owe.
Have a nice day.
Hold on a sec...after reading this again, this part strikes me as odd:

If I am not involved in this at all, as you like to say, Dave, how could I be responsible for the lawsuit being filed??
