    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dave Lawson Finally Where He Should Be

Someone just emailed me to tell me that on the, "Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office", website (HSCO), Lawson has THREE CURRENT AND ACTIVE WARRANTS out on him.... I might just have to make a couple of phone calls today, so MAYBE we can get him where he BELONGS!!!.... With a new boyfriend named BUBBA!!

Neil, I dont know you at all, and I know you dont know me, so I hope this doesnt come off as rude, or not my place(which it isnt, just curious). I also know nothing on Dave, other than what I saw on the HEH post, and my involment with that whole disaster, but I have a general question for you. If it were the case that someone had warrants out for their arrest and that you were going to call on them to get them in trouble, why would you come and post it in advance on a thread about the guy that you know he is going to read at some point?? So that he knows ahead of time and skips town, or knows who did it, gets out, snaps and comes after you, your family ect? I am not saying that that would happen, I just am confused as to why you would make it a public announcement beforehand especially. If I am missing something, I apoligize, as I said I know very little on this subject and on Dave in general, just struck me as odd, thats all. Have a great afternoon, Dan M.

Way to funny, Lets see Neil has to bring up something from 3 years ago and then he still lives up to his nick name "Neil the liar Gobber". Dan nothing Gobber say will ever be believed he never got any phone call about me I am not on bond for anything Hillsborogh co. Those charges were dropped. And Neil has no Family to worry about His father hired a P.I. to investigate the robberies of his store that Neil managed and the P.I.S report showed the Neil robbed his father's store.

Scott, I owe you nothing at all I have never rented a thing from you. I guess I can post paperwork from Imax credit card company to show you tried to steal my card machine and the police had to be called by Imax before you would return it. Remember I was asked to move by Dennis by September 1st. because Bob Edwards was staying there, But Dennis said that there would be no penalty if I was out by 9/1/05 but once the law was called on you all about the card machine on 7/06 you all choose to sue. Of course that was only I told you to pound salt when you said " I will not sue if you give me ball pythons.

I am not trying to change my past but the future is what I am trying to change. But when 2 :censored: bags like you to come here like you are snow hite and clean it pisses me off. If either one of you 2 have any balls and are any kind of man then act like one, look me in the eyes and talk your garbage. :dgrin:
 
Nope I am done here, I said my piece. I am going to follow the advice I got a couple years ago from a very wise man ( RICH Z.) Let it go and people will see past the bull :censored: . That is what I am going to do.

I've not followed the events these past couple of years and since I hadn't seen your name posted/posting lately, honestly didn't care. But a couple of things in your reply did make me think just a bit. First, I think that instead of Gobber (which rhymes with jobber) you really meant to type G-o-o-b-e-r (as in the coloquial term for peanut) which would be a more intelligent "stab" at making humor of Neil's last name.
Second, and probably most important to anyone who might be reading these threads, would be for you to do more to clear your name/reputation by making available courtroom transcripts and judgements. Copies of these could be posted to a free hosting site like Tripod or Geocities with links to them so that the county/state stationary and seals along with the judge's signature could be viewed. Hard evidence like this will go a lot further than your word at this point due to so many negative posts in the past which can still be called up. I hope that, if you are indeed as innocent as you claim, you will take this little piece of advice...not for my sake but rather for your own.
 
Not to split hairs but I think he meant jobber (cutting on Neil's business) instead of goober.
 
This thread has been set up solely for the continuance of the argument between Dave Lawson and Neil Gubitz. & I am strongly suggesting that ANYTHING concerning the conflict between these two be placed here and only here, rather than having it spill over into every other blasted thread on this board.Any excessive use of descriptive language by either party describing the other will result in their posting privilege being suspended. & If neither can restrain themselves to posting ONLY in this particular thread, then to preserve my own sanity, I will suspend the posting rights of both parties.

The above quote was from Rick Z from the thread Dave Lawson vs Neil Gubitz. Neal brought this back up from an email he received. Neal since proof is asked for to back up posts, you need to post the email that you received. If not you disrespected Rich by not following the rule for you to only mention Dave in the above thread.This thread was about Dave so he had right to post on it. Funny thing is Neal brought this back up on top because he doesn't like Dave but if you do a search on Dave & Neal & actually read them you will find that people that actually purchased from Dave were happy customers. Neal on the other hand has many not so favorable threads about him.

well Neal has been watching this since I posted, yet webslave posted before he has. All I asked for was his email proof that he had to post on this thread. Neal, how long does it take to post an email?

Come on, Dave...you know that nobody tried to steal your machine. It was delivered here because you didn't change your address. Are we guilty of making it a little difficult for you to get it back...sure...but 2 days after it was delivered, I handed it to you personally. I know nothing about any police involvement.

You were asked to move out because you couldn't (or wouldn't) pay the rent. I know that one excuse you used was that someone stole a bunch of animals from you, and another one was that someone bounced a $5000 check to you, but regardless, you swore that you would make good on the rent. After nearly 3 months of empty promises, you were told that you needed to pay or move out. What we didn't count on was all of the of tenants that you would leave behind - geckos, agamas, skinks, etc. which I went down there and caught, fed, treated, and found homes for.

The day you picked up the credit card machine from me was the last chance that Dennis and I felt we had to reach some sort of agreement. Dennis had agreed that if we could get SOMETHING out of you, it was better than nothing, and I told him that female ball pythons or visual morphs was our best chance. He told me to try and work it out with you, and if we could reach an agreement that I felt was fair, we would simply forget the whole thing and move on. When I offered to settle for some ball pythons, I believe your words were something to the effect of "Oh yeah, we can do that! Let me see what I can put together and I will let you know!" That was the last time we ever heard from you, and that final false promise was the straw that broke the camels back for Dennis, who went to the courthouse and filed against you. It took the judge about two seconds to find you guilty and set a judgement against you for $4500. I can post that, if you need to see it, Dave. I cannot also post the sheet that you filled out for the courts stating that you operate a business called "Victoria's Reptiles" and that your monthly income is $200 IN SEASON. Let me know if you would like to see it...

How can you change your future if you are unwilling to deal with the past issues, Dave? Clean up THOSE messes, and then you can move on - and I hope that you do. You don't come across as a bad guy when talking face to face, but your actions speak louder than your words.
