So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

First off to the Webslave - all apologies if I have this in the wrong spot - move it if need be. I just figured with all the drama that goes on here about Lawson trying to play so innocent to everyone this would have been a good place to put it.

After all of the criminal activities David Lawson had commited and talked his way out of he was finally arrested today and was DENIED BOND. Go see for yourself. http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/ - click on 'Inquiries Online' - click on 'Who's In Jail' - then inquire for 'Lawson,David'. The charge description is listed as "FEDERAL RULE VIOLATION - H/FED FRAUD FALSE STATEMENTS"

I'm sure anyone who's ever had a run in with him and knows the type of person he REALLY is, such as Susan Tippie, will appreciate this information.
 
Man, click on Arrest Inquiry and see all the crap he has done! Stalking?!! damn..............
Finally someone who deserves to go to jail.

One of the arrests listed is where he was arrested for violation his probation. He was on probation from the stalking charge that I had to file against him when I still lived in Tampa. I wasn't the only one who had to press charges against him for stalking either. I know of at least to other people that had to also. :(
 
Mike.... if you noticed the dates of those charges.... they were all in less than ONE YEAR!!.... and they don't even include Susin's burglary, Tony's NSF check, the other check for $2000 that was bogus, or MY three burglaries at The Snake Pit, and I'm SURE countless others....

What goes around, comes around!!.... I can't wait to see him TRY to talk his way out of this one....

Now go back and read some of the things he has said in other threads.... you will see for yourself what kind of a true CONMAN he really is....

I am amazed. It is one thing to hear about things people do, and sometimes even take things that are said on forums with a grain of salt, and an entirely different thing to actually see it.
He IS one smooth talker, I read the posts, a lot of them sound so believable. Prove I have stalked, prove I had written bad checks.

And love to hear him spouting a lawyer all the time, but on all his arrests I only see a lawyer once and that was for the stalking charge. WOW

My cousin weighs so much less than me.
But he is also so much "bigger" than me.

He makes fun of me for my weight.
Tells me how heavy I am.
I tell him my gut is not even half of his.
And that my cheeks do not hang past my neck.
Then he gets mad and tells me to shut up.

you never know when you might have to point out someone in public if you ever see them at a show.

I have a question regarding this... Does that link show actual convictions? Arrest records can be misleading...I am not saying he is a good person, just that an arrest record does not make you a criminal, a conviction record does.

Randy.... I've had the displeasure to know that slimeball for years.... those are his arrest records.... he just hasn't been to court for them, yet.... his mommy keeps bailing him out of jail.... but, he WILL do time for them eventually.... the justice system is a very slow wheel to turn.... I can wait....

He still owes me $5000 plus 6% interest since June of last year.... my lawyer is about to take him to court AGAIN for failing to respond to any of the injunctions he has sent him.... he will do time for that, too, if he doesn't pay me....

Remember when he SAID he owns his own home, has three cars, a new petshop and thousands of dollars of herps???.... Well, he lives with his mommy in HER house, he has ONE car that his mommy pays for, he has NO new store, and he only has animals that he has stolen from others (somewhere).... we can't seem to find where he keeps them, or *I* would have them now.... I'll get my money out of him one way or another.... BET ON IT!!

I can understand you dislike for him Neil, but I have noticed a trend when it comes to Lawson being posted about, mentioned about... One thing seems to lack in any threads about his misdeeds. The proof, I see countless threads where someone is bashed repeatedly over and over because they won't supply any proof... I ask for the same courtesy... So where is the proof? Remember hearsay is hearsay is hearsay....Proof is what the entire boi is supposed to based upon, not HEARSAY...

And no I do not know/like/dislike/agree/disagree/condone/condemn Lawson for the hearsay I have read on here.. I just want to see proof...

I'll tell you where it is. It is right here http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/ ! You really dont think that ALL those charges are just "hearsay" do you? They dont arrests your A$$ and hold you without bond unless they HAVE PROOF! Dave has been "posted about, mentioned about and BASHED REPEATEDLY because he is a SCUMBAG! Plain and simple" The fact that the LAW finally caught up with him just confirms what most of us knew all along. I hope he rots for all the charges on that list. But you know the sad thing is that he will probably get a bleeding heart liberal of a public defender who will get him way less time than he should do for ALL the crimes on that list.

Dont get me wrong, I do agree with you Randy about people who post on here without showing proof. But with the direction this business is headed, Im going to start asking people to start posting proof that they are good guys! LOL. Really though, look at Dave. Many people here on the BOI were bamboozled by this guy when he put on the little miss innocent act. Well, heres the proof everybody. Dave Law(less)on got :bluegrab: and is in jail without bond!

I could be wrong but on the no bond part. A bond probably hasnt been set yet. Tomorrow we will see if bond was set. He was arrested today, and arrested on probably cause, soooooooo he could still get a bond.
If I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me, as I am not familiar with Fl laws.
 
He is in jail under no bond until his court date has been scheduled which could be weeks or months. The judge had a nice little suprise of how long and what his criminal record consisted of so I guess this judge didnt want him slipping through the system AGAIN. As far as other proof goes - when Lawson was telling to prove it as far as his stalking anyone - I never could figure out how I could post what I have because I don't have a scanner, nor do I know anyone with one. This weekend I'll be at the Florida International Reptile Show in Tampa and will have all that paperwork with me should anyone want to see it.

BY law, federal or any other state, he is required to be brought before a judge within 24 hrs. Since he was arrested by the US Marshall Service, he was probably brought directly before a US Magistrate after his arrest. The Feds usually take people straight from arrest to the Judge. That no no bond was set by the Magistrate and it is easier to get in the federal system. All they needed to show is Lawson was a flight risk and no bond would be set.

The charge listed listed is usually for lying to a Federal Law Enforcement Officer during an investigation. What Federal Investigation is Lawson part of?
 
If you notice his occupation is now listed as Import. Maybe the arrest has something to do with federal importation laws? hmmmm could be.
