This is exactly what Scott is doing. Since Scott has nothing to do with the money I owe Dennis it makes every post he has about me a third party quotation.

For crying out loud, this my LAST TIME Dave. Scott has not ANONYMOUSLY QUOTED, (go look up the meaning of quoting somebody,) anyone. He is making statements. If we followed your rules, 99% of everything posted on the BOI would be deleted. That would include everything you posted on the HEH thread from your phone call with your LA source.

The point values listed are for regular members that can issue points. The points are double when a site moderator, Dr. Jay, Ken, and I, issue warnings. Rich stated prior to the new system being implemented that warnings from Site MODs would carry more weight.

This whole thing has gotten twisted and turned around, and two people I consider friends have been dragged into this mess. Sammy and Neil - I apologize. Sammy, I wasn't going to drag you into it, even though I knew that you had known the TRUE story from the very start, and everything you posted was 100% correct.

I have never bought a cage or enclosure from Dave Lawson, and I owned ZERO reptiles when he was renting property from my father in law. Sammy was one of the very first people I met (online) that helped me figure out what to do wth the lizards that were left behind when Dave Lawson moved out. They were from an import shipment and consisted of agamas, geckos, skinks and at least one chameleon.

Yes Dave, I say that you owe "us" the money. I am the general manager of a business that my father in law owns. When you rip off him, you are ripping off me as well...and my wife and kids. We are a FAMILY. I would think that someone who makes $200 a month IN SEASON and has everything listed in his mothers name (allegedly) would understand the concept of family - but it this case, it isn't convienient for you....

...... you should disappear from all things public, to include this forum, until you can confront the responsibility of your obligations in a way more honorable than that. I can understand that you may have needed some space to regroup, and the above affords you that, but you should not be on anybody's radar until you can do so with dignity again, and you apparently ain't there yet.

Congrats to your Colts Sammy. I grew up a BALTIMORE Colt fan, so them blue horseshoes still look good to me.

I'm sorry, but apparently you are confused about that rule. An anonymous third party quotation is something on the order of "I heard on the grapevine that Joe Shmoe broke into Ft. Knox and then changed his name to Bill Gates." What this does is allow someone to make possibly false accusations and there is no ownership of those accusations since it is attributed to an anonymous entity. Now if instead, this person had said, "I heard directly from Bill Clinton that Bill Gates is in reality Joe Shmoe, the guy who broke into Ft. Knox", then no, that is not anonymous as the statements have been attributed to an actual source which can be verified. However, truthfullness and/or is obviously optional, and subject to the belief of whoever reads such statements. And just as obviously, the poster of such a third party quote is also a source which is subject to having his or her credibility questioned.

While it would be preferred that the original source of such statements present them in person here, I don't believe it is necessary to disallow such things when the quote actually can be verified, if someone wishes to make the effort to do so. Probably this was more strictly interpreted in the past (as were a LOT of the rules), but I believe this more relaxed interpretation of the rule is actually a bit better for all involved.

This thread brings to light some very interesting and disturbing incidents and facts about you and past bad deeds on your part. And even though this thread presents the ideal opportunity to me to return some well-justified insults toward you I am not going to lower myself to do so. Not only will I not get caught up in these negative soap opera threads but also two wrongs certainly don’t make a right. But I must say that it is pretty despicable for you to call me a thief and a scammer in my thread, repeatedly I might add, even though NOT A SINGLE PERSON was shown to be scammed or thieved by me, EVER, while you apparently owe others literally thousands of dollars and have warrants issued for your arrest. This bit of hypocrisy on your part is utterly beneath contempt.

Not only that but you attempt to ridicule everything that we have worked very hard to build, yet you own nothing. You attempt to demean us by saying that we live in the old mobile home we use for a rodentry building. You know nothing of us or how we live but even if we did live in a mobile home we would not be ashamed. We know a lot of good folks that live in mobile homes and it’s nothing to look down upon. And the greatest irony of all is that you don’t even so much as own an old mobile home. You live with your mother! How dare you even contemplate making fun of anyone else that works hard to get where they are, or to have what they have when you, a grown man, can’t even get on his own two feet and forge his own way.

With that said I want to also say that I know why you came out after me in the other thread the way you did. I understand what you are angry about and why, though I fail to understand the extent of the veracity of your apparent animosity toward me.

Your hostility and resentment toward me stems from the issue regarding the group of morphs that you posted pictures of on the kingsnake.com forums several months back. When I saw that you posted the EXACT same pictures of the EXACT same morphs that Beau Lewis was in the process of brokering to me I had to say something. And so I did. I informed you in a follow up post that I was currently negotiating to buy those very morphs and so how could they possibly belong to you. I didn’t say who was arranging the sale to me at that time. You called me on the phone that same day and told me some story that you were handcuffed at your home and robbed of these snakes by a guy named Dale Sargent and some crooked animal control officers and/or police. Some crazy story. I asked you why all the pictures seemed to be taken in some part of Asia. You went on to claim that some of the morphs that you supposedly owned were then secretly exported back out of the country to parts of Asia unknown and bred there so as to produce new morphs there to be reintroduced back into the country at a later date. As if there was some incredible, international, morph conspiracy theft ring. The story did not make ANY sense to me at the time and I immediately contacted Beau and asked him about it and about you. In his return email he said you were full of it and that you had been telling stories like that for some time and that everyone knew you were a liar. (I am paraphrasing here).

Now, I don’t know beau Lewis personally so all of this ridiculous nonsense was fishy enough to put enough doubts into my mind to back out of doing the deal. So to this day I have no clue if the snakes ever actually belonged to you. I have no clue if they were really still at some exporters place in Asia and Beau could have really gotten them for me. All I know is that all the pictures I saw seemed to all be taken overseas based on all the people in the pictures being Asian and wearing Asian clothing and sandals and all the cages the snakes were in being made out of old discolored packing crates. This backs the idea that they were indeed likely over there, but it does not prove ‘when’ they were there or if they were even still alive at the time I was trying to get them.

I have every email that Beau Lewis and I sent back and forth concerning this deal and I am perfectly willing to post all of them if need be. I originally contacted Beau Lewis ONLY to ask him if he could put me in contact with Anson Wong, a one-time large exporter of reptiles from overseas. Instead of offering me any means of contacting Anson Wong he responded with an offer to me for many python morphs that he said he could get and he sent me their pictures. The same pictures that Dave Lawson posted on kingsnake a few weeks later saying they were his. At that time he implied in his post that they were his presently, later changing his story to that they were once his but had been stolen.

I don’t like involving others in anything that goes on in this screwy site but a lot of what is happening has to do with that deal and those snakes and it’s time this came to light. At the same time I for one would REALLY like to know the actual truth behind those particular snakes. Who’s are they? Where are they?

As to you Dave, you need to focus a little less on trying to make other hard working people look bad and fix your own problems. Repay the people you owe. Get on your own feet. Do well in life and you will have a happy life. It is obvious to me that you are incredibly unhappy and bitter in the ways that you express yourself publicly. All of how we are and how we feel is caused by ourselves. Likewise the road to happiness and contentment is also paved by our own actions and our own deeds. Seek good things and they will come.

I really wish only the best for you and for everyone else in the world as well.

Well Damon, I was holding acouple of the snakes (not in Asia) my driveway is in the pictures (not in Asia) People have commented on your bad crop job on the photos. But the most damaging facts to your story is that I posted those pictures on Kingsnake and On here in "99 -2000-01" right up until they were taken Beau said he has these snakes for sale I told you that some of the snakes were in a freezer and so He could not have them. Anson is where most of these animals came from way back then. Beau Lewis is Dale Sargeants right hand man, this I know from the time Dale and I were friends. Many people have seen these animals at my home and in my possession includeing Jeff that is why your post about them was removed.

Damon, no matter how hard it has been I have never changed my name I have always been Dave Lawson for the good times and the bad. I do not have major things in my name since "92" when I went to prison, whos name it is in now does not matter. I am who I am not some alter ego like David is to you. I have addmitted that I owe Dennis money and I will pay it. But that is between he and I.

But there has been people to your place and they all have said the same thing you live in a old trailer and your "complex" is a old 20x20 wood building. How do you think I know you car (at your gate) got towed away or the walki-talkis you used for Ups and fed-ex deliveries? How about the Bank you use or the name of the feed store you get feed at. Some people may hate me for things that they think I have done but not 1 person has ever said that I have sold sick, scared or a animal that was not as it was advertised.

Well I can say this, On the order I mad with dave he has done nonting but been perfect, I have called several time over 20 and 80% of the time I can gotten him, and the other % I had call him back before he got back to me. I order the following:

1. 6 hatchling American Alligators
2. 5' Female American Alligator
3. 3' Male American Alligator

Dave has sent me the Tracking numbers for the 1st shiuppment which was a Alligator for a customer of mine, which arrived when dave told us it would, on time and ALIVE and in perfect health. I currently am awaitring for the weather here to get better to because of the cold, Which is not dave's issues and infact it is on Delta I have also call and confirmed that they will not ship if the weather is lower then 20.

Dave, not sure if he is going to be happy with the sparkling recommendation he is receiving from CS reptiles or not, but with a trader rating and past practices like his, I don't think I would want his name anywhere associated with me or my company. It reminds me of that saying... Something about "birds of a feather"... I find that people with be judged by the company they keep. He is receiving a sparkling review by someone that has a dirty past and is the proud owner of one of the largest threads in the BOI talking about his horrible customer support. I don't know if that is good or bad for Dave.

Once the weather clears up on my end I’m sure he'll send my other gators.
