yeah.. I could make some stuff out but not much. So I went to the trouble to track down the page from the court website to verify the info and saw he was convicted but hadn't paid his dues.

I was once scammed purchasing stuff from ebay, paid over $400.00 of items and seller never shipped item.
Both paypal and ebay couldnt help, After long months of frustration and research, I tried internet fraud services, there associated with FBI.
About 2 weeks later, the seller shipped me the item and plus freebies and with huge apologies (phone call). Also internet fraud service agent contacted me making sure I got refunded or got items being purchased.
I think Internet Fraud Services can easily tracked emails, scammers if there in US. If its oversees your out of luck.

Notice at the bottom....same snake...but now it's het for albino...at this point I thought the guy was just trying to get me for my blood lol...so I had my girlfriend e-mail him and ask if he has papers for the het...

So there you have, yet another example of him trying to scam people. This guy is just scum. Sorry, I know it's not exactly within the rules to just bash people, but he's a horrible person...and should probably be in jail.

Yeah I've been seeing that ad on CL for awhile. It's in the Washington DC and Fredericksburg CL. He's currently selling a Normal Female for $60, a Pastel Male for $50, and there was a spider he had up at some point. He reposts it everyday. Good job Mark being smart about it. Glad you didn't get screwed!

I always laugh at my wife when she sits and reads for hours. Well she is the one laughing now. I happened to start reading this thread and, by golley, I was determined to finish it to see the whole outcome. Kudo's to many of you on here for what you have done for others. It is simply amazing to see unity in the good guys on this forum. I really hope this guy gets what is coming soon. Believe me I will share this thread everywhere I can as that is about all I can do to help from my locale. I am fairly new to the whole reptile breeding world and glad to see that there are still quite a few good guys out there looking out for one another.

Luckily I remembered to check the BOI before even attempting contact. He's currently operating under the name "Vertical Reptiles"
