Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone wishing to purchase from him be careful he is selling snakes he does'nt out right own . He has a male sunefire for sale that he is still supposed to be making payments on to me. I have known Dave through the forums for 3 yrs and have met with him at the Hamm show in PA.He still owes money on the sunfire as I said and is not returning calls or emails so watch out if you send him money there is no gaurantee he will send the snake. after dealing with him for so long I thought I could trust him but now I see he is another person out to screw who he can to get ahead..

That's a crappy situation. But someone will ask so I might as well.. do you have email or other records of your transaction with David? When did he buy the snake, what was the agreed payment plan, how much does he still owe, where is he advertising the snake?
 
the deal was only done verbally at the hamm show in PA. with many witnesses. and he posted pics on one of the websites we are on, thanking me for the deal. he only owes $250.00 half of the original price I let him have the snake because I have known him for so long. I heard from a mutual friend that he is having troubles but he has also been given many chances to contact me and he was even told if there was a problem to just let me know and we would work out another arangement but he does not answer the phone and has blocked my Email adress. he has the add on kingsnake in the python section

I responded to his recent ads on k snake. he advertised some retics an albino burm, granite burm and the suntiger described above. in his ads he stressed the need of anyone to follow through on a meet. I offered immediate cash for the 3 retics and the burms. I have all but my initial phone conversation with him recorded. he shows his face in a couple of the photos. I will forward a complete list of all emails and transcripts of all interaction with him to anyone who needs it. in his last ad he states so many are not following through with meeting him. I can't get a return call. and he states I was the first inquiry. he uses work schedules andother nonsense as excuses. I can offer driving to his door and this transaction will never occur. I vend at every hamburg show and am looking forward to bumping in to him if he shows. this guy is as lame as they get. all show no go. I suppose he could shut me up by producing the snakes he claims to have and finish this. I have every phone message I have left for him recorded. I will be bringing all of this to hamburg on Dec. 1. as well as a complete e mail transcript. and to further confirm his nonsense I have had 3 people from 3 different states attempt to purchase these snake and they can't even get a return phone call. just show up in hamburg dave that is all i ask.

This clown is back at it again. now the snakes he emailed me saying have been sold are posted on kingsnake again. I called from a different phone and changed my voice and so did his story again. I offered to meet in hamburg on dec.1 with him thinking I am someone else. he could not do that without deposit. I then offered cash and to pick up at his home Saturday morning since he claims so many people are running him in circles. can't do that without a deposit as well. then I offered to leave my house at once and drive to him. again need a deposit for some reason even though he does not have to leave his home. then I offered for a friend of mine who lives 45 minutes from is address to meet him with cash and now he is not answering the phone again. I hope no one sends this clown a dime because you will get nothing in return. if anyone can get this clown to show in Hamburg give me a shout I will be in the parking lot waiting and hoping he is dumb enough to show. to all BEWARE he is full of LIES !!!!!!
 
Unbelievable. He still wont return any of my phone calls. He has responded to me over at kingsnake but only because he didnt recognise the email address. All he said is he will send me the money when one of the snakes sell. A friend of mine who has a fedex account emailed him and offered to pay the shipping if he would send me back the snake and I would send him what money he has sent toward the snake and he has gotten no responce.

of course it is enough. maybe it would also be enough if he stopped trying to defraud everyone. I just received a response from a gentleman who sent this loser a 100.00 deposit last week without viewing the boards and now can't reach him to set up a pick up. 11 unreturned phone calls and 16 unreturned emails. I guess it is enough, and to clarify my previous post nothing I stated is implied believe me.

if he was for real about paying you when one of them sells I find it strange that he did not request that I send his special deposit to you. I have emails from him from 2 weeks ago claiming they all have been sold and picked up. then he reposts everything for sale. In my opinion you will never see your money. I have a home in Pa as well as Ny and have offered to have someone at his front door with cash within 90 minutes of our conversations and then he bails. the initial purchase was the suntiger, a lavedar albino male 8 foot, 100% het albino female, a 14 foot albino burm female, and a 7 foot granite burm. seems like he could have paid you a few times over.

I offered to go to his front door. 0.1 Lemon Pastel Ball Python bought from N.E.R.D. 07' growing nicely and getting bright. Price was $500 but is now $400
0.1 Albino Burmese Python 13' give or take an inch or so. She eats pigs and rabbits and rats. She weighs roughly 60+lbs. since the last time I measured her. She comes with an enclosure if wanted. Custom made and in perfect condition with flex watt heat tape built into the enclosure, air vent, box for hiding cables and thermostat. Barrel bolt locks and triple thick plexiglass doors. Cage cost me roughly $350 to make and I'm selling it for $175. 6'x2'x2' and she is priced at $400 and is 2 years of age. Very calm and would make a great pet, educational program pet or breeder next season.

Also please note that what he claims to still have available we already came to terms on, but they are still available to anyone wanting to be scammed. Kingsnake has been trying to reach him after my report to them but only get an answering service and ignored emails. I just received a possible address on this clown with another claim of being defrauded of a deposit on a ball.

This is the old take the Deposit and run scam. you can't purchase these animals without sending him a deposit. even if you want to go to his door and can be there at his leisure. I now have a confirmed address. Hamburg is just a couple days away. I can't wait. the address I have is only 45 minutes from the show. maybe I will knock on his mommies door at some point. poor guy. he is just making his hole deeper. I am self employed and have all the time in the world. how about you post one confirmed sale that has actually been picked up. you can't do it !!! How utterly void is your life to play such petty games. you prey on the meek and those who are a novice to your nonsense. I am neither so you shall see.

Tell me about it. those are the ads I was talking about. he does not own nor posess any of the animals in any of those ads.
 
I was just made aware of this bull of a post from an old friend through e-mail. Mr. Snakeman from New Jersey needs to get his facts straight and stop spreading lies. I do OWN all of the reptiles I have been posting for sale. So far the only one to go was to a man from New York who purchased my female Albino Burmese Python. I do have his business card if you'd wish to call him and confirm. He can even send updated pics of her.

Not once in any of my e-mails did I ever say anything about a deposit. You were the one as well as many others who said they would send a deposit and I said NO! each and every time! I did not want any of that, no shipping and no deposits! I've said it several times and if I had all the e-mails I have sent to people to prove it I would post it. I really don't care for this or any threats you might want to send out. I have stated several times I was getting out of snakes for family problems and I do not believe I need to throw them around the internet. I chose not to sell to you Mr snakeman because you seem like a bad person and I wanted my prized snake to go to someone worthy. I'll be at the show tough guy and if you really want to start something go ahead. My computer tough guy needs a life.

I reposted the snakes because deals fell through. If you can't put 2 and 2 together than I feel sorry for you. I do not ask for money up front and have never stated that ever. Don't try to be snide and play games with me.

And just to make it clear no one at Kingsnake has ever tried to contact me that I'm aware of. No one has left a message either and if need be I will contact them and have them come over to clear and confirm this. The only e-mail I got from them was a notice of my account about to expire on todays date. Which if anyone else was wondering my account will be renewed and any other snakes I still have after the show will be reposted for sale. So don't go assuming I'm going into hiding or anything.

These snakes are all pets, I do not breed and I'am not a scam artist like this tough guy would like to claim. Anyone who really knows me will know I speak the truth. Shawn I did not block your e-mail address and I have gotten back to you through e-mail so don't act like I haven't old friend. If you really need to get to me call me now, right now, like tonight and we'll settle this bull!
