I just have to step in and say that ... this guy must be one sick to start putting his children in his emails.
Its like hes using their grief to get something out of this whole thing.
I am so very ashamed of him as a parent, and as a fellow parent.

I hope that everything gets resolved, people get out of each others hair, and all of us that have been monitoring this thread, learned something.

Even after years of reading stuff here, this stands out as one of the most patronizing, demeaning posts on the site. It makes my blood boil every time I read it, and is clearly spoken by someone who treats people poorly and (after reading this current thread) animals even worse.

So Nick is continuing to lurk and say nothing of substance in his own defense, which I find very sad. What I find even more sad, is as he's sitting here reading, watching his rep go down faster than a dead duck, he probably doesn't care in the least. That is because, and what I find saddest of all, there will always be new, inexperienced buyers/sellers in this hobby that for whatever reason will not research who they are buying from or selling to. This is how creeps like Nick survive. Lowballing, sob stories, bullying, lying, chest thumping, and the like...there will always be people who fall for it.

To address the issue that I may have 'asked' for replacement snakes......Kevin offered them to me! That is his polite way of settling, and it's appreciated.
I PREFER a refund, AND NOT the possibility of more sick snakes.
I gave my buyer a choice, with the first choice being "cash", as I'd do for any buyer.
Not sure why I was told Kevin doesn't have the ability to refund our money, but admittedly, his financial affairs are his private concerns. I prefer a refund, but sadly, he's not offering one. Some people are stating that I requested snakes....but know at this point, anything would be better than what I have in-hand, nothing. Wait, less than nothing.

People, concerning any person under this roof, you'd NEVER have to worry about us knowingly or purposely sending you a sick snake, never! We're not of line of thinking, we do not need the money bad enough to purposely hurt others, it's NOT who we are! We are a good family, we love our animals, we care for them, genuinely.....and all the purposely hurtfull statements, they are unfounded.....they are simply uncalled for....they are not true.

Yes you did.
You had three snakes that were all together, climbing over each other for a full night.
One of those three snakes had mucous coming out its nose.
The other snakes, were crawling all over the mucous and getting infected with whatever the snake might have had.
You sold a snake that had been IN CONTACT with a sick snake via the way it was shipped. THAT is why and how you sold a sick animal to a young couple.

What you should have done is contacted Kevin and explained the ordeal.
Quarentined ALL THREE of the snakes that you first recieved from him and NOT SOLD THEM to ANYONE.
You should also have asked Kevin for help in a timely, mature manner.

Actually, things blew up when you brought IBD into your discussion with Kevin....but you didn't reveal that here, nor has it yet been shown to be the truth. Show some evidence of your claims (you know - the pictures of the dead snakes, for which you have been repeated asked, and the vet reports).

Nick, speaking to adults as if they were children is also quite unbecoming of you. We absolutely understand everything you are saying. I also we have a good grasp of the situation. No need to constantly repeat everything and dumb it down for us. If you hadn't yet noticed, many Fauna members are quite intelligent. It's just that we simply don't believe anything you say. Repeating everything, whining, etc...is not going to make us believe you. Once you can manage to absorb that we fully understand you, but still don't believe you, maybe you can proceed to add something substantial to your defense...i.e.- posting your vet report, e-mails concerning the transaction of the snake that you "unknowing sold sick" to someone. This kind of stuff is not difficult to understand, but you are obviously having a hard time grasping it.

I could take a snake to the vet and say its 3 or 4 years old as well... and it would weigh about the same. Doesn't mean its the snake in question. I dug some stuff up from the wayback machine that seems appropriate to me.

I have spent no less than $3000-$5000 per month for the past 3-4 months buying snakes....

On the other hand, I WORK on a PC most of my dayso I use it to communicate with. Listen, I raise 2 kids, work my tail...

Seems like no matter how many times you guys quote his words, there is no logical response or even an attempt to make sense of the lies... I think it's pretty clear what is going on at this point.
