    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Also how is it (as was already asked) that you are taking this long to refund Andrew's money? Is it that you spent his money already? What? You have yet to answer this question.
 
My wife. I would appriciate it if everyone would just stick to the topic. If I was trying to be shaddy why would I still be on here replying to some of these just plain stupid post? My name choice is my own. If you notice one account was created after the other and I stopped using the one. I know of about 25 people on here with more than one account. My wife has nothing to do with any of this. I realize Mr. Moore that you are in charge of the BOI I am assuming and I guess it is good that you make sure that everyone knows I have have more than one person involved with me. My paypal account is none of your buisness, what I do on Fauna is and I respect that. I have explained my situation and people still have bad shit to say. I have cleared one up and I am dealing with the other. You dont need to know anything else.

It's obvious by Randal's many previous posts in other threads specifically addressing Chuck that he has a hard on for Chuck and the condom comment Chuck made was obviously an excuse for him to chime in. Strangly Randal accuses Chuck of having shortcomings. Ironic huh?

Speaking of shortcomings, now back to James'. James thinks telling us it was an honest mistake will make things all better. Sorry, but we have all heard that one before. Had it indeed been an honest mistake versus multiple mistakes he would have fared better telling that story. Multiple screen names compounded by multiple mistakes equals trouble. James, if you aren't smart enough to realize this then maybe you and your brother should start a different family business.
 
No one is saying tell your whole personal life for all of Fauna to see. But as a proper businessmen you should state why there are delays otherwise there is no sense in even communicating on here anymore period.
You've clearly made a very poor business decision that has delayed someone elses money and no you have not communicated with that person in a timely manner. Waiting this long, until this thread was posted to act is inappropriate on multiple levels. Further hiding anything will only seek in further damaging your reputation and potential buyers for you. This will not go away and refusing to state reasons will just leave people who may be interested in purchasing from you feeling that you're a con man. And people from all other forums and classifieds DO come on here to check.

You can either make a smart business decision now and properly defend your reason for not providing a immediate reimbursement or shipment or you can continue to allow this to spiral downward and potentially ruin your business for many many years possibly forever.

I stay clear clear of your table at every show that I attend no matter what. i have contacted Andrew thru paypal to resolve our issue. He has yet to reply. I am waiting on and what we resolve will be between us and no one else. The other snake was sent. Regardless of what else I have done I have fixed these problems and I dont deserve anymore bashing. I was too ship the cornsnake to Lighthouse Point, FL. The tracking number is 1Z14W5620199442817. Check it out yourself. I am resolving the problem. it has only been a week sice the transaction between me and Andy. That is not a long time but it is not perfect either.
 
I am communicating. I missed the messages from Andy on monday and that is my fault. I have contacted him through paypal and am waiting for a reply. I dont understand how that is lack of communication?
 
I just received a message from paypal stating that he has to wait till funds are put back in to refund me. I don't know about anyone else but I always keep the funds in there until the transaction is complete and everyones happy.

I do not associate with dishonest people and I wouldn't want anyone to think I knew you seeing as you are either an idiot or dishonest and I don't have the time or desire to figure out which. Strange how you have met me while staying clear of my table at every show. I guess it was James Dean who met me instead then huh? :shrug01:

Honestly I am not sure what more you can do but atone for your mistakes so speak. People are understanding that personal issues do arise but your biggest issue is the lack of communication up to the point of this thread being created and a few days later. As the saying goes it's almost too little to late.
Yes the issue with the Corn snake buyer is cleared up but the primary issue is not and still seemingly is a problem.

Your other issue at this point is the removal of the money from your PayPal account and going somewhere and now there will be even further delays as to Andrew getting his refund. To outsiders it appears that you're a lying con man and only after the buyer bitched did you feel the need to act. That is where you're drawing this much flack from and so very little support. Extreme lack of communication and failure to meet shipping or refunds. Both are extremely difficult situations to be in ESPECIALLY for the person who feels they're getting jerked around and possibly frauded. As I said when you don't have a lot of money and you just potentially lost what you had left (I am speculating in an attempt to help you look at it from the buyers point of view and the way they feel about it) or there is a severe delay no amount of sorry is good enough.

Basically. Take your lashings. Accept what you've created and learn to see past the end of your own nose. Meaning learn to see past your own personal issues and see things from others' perspective.

Business 101:
1. In the future, do not close business deals or accept money if you are not prepared to ship as promised.

2. In the future, do not initiate business deals if you think shipping is a hassle. Do not advertise animals for sale that you do not intend to actually SELL and SHIP. That's just plain stupid.

3. In the future, if you do in fact conduct sales and accept a customer's hard-earned cash, do not spend it immediately. Wait until your customer has received the animal, is satisfied, and your TOS have been fully met.

4. Communicate. No customers, no business. SAT.

5. Learn how to spell your name.

I would like to add 6:
If for some reason a set ship date must be delayed, YOU contact the customer and tell them so. Do not wait for them to ask. Do not leave them waiting for a snake that doesn't show up.
I have waited weeks for a snake to ship on weather, but it was fine, because /we'd agreed to wait/ until the weather warmed up. They did not tell me "it will arrive Monday" and then not send it.

:iagree: Agreed. I too have waited for a snake (months believe it or not) but the winter in the Northeast can do that.

NOTE: If your customer is waiting long enough to make a Bad Guy thread here on the BOI chances are you have waited too long. :NoNo:

Being a small world in all like I previously posted has brought something else to my attention. It is my understanding that you are in the possession of a GTP with a kinked tail. Is this the GTP the OP was supposed to get?. Could this have been the reason for your backing out deal? An honest person, hell a man would have told the truth. A kinked tail certainly wasn't a deal breaker for to girl you sent the corn snake to. :NoNo: This kink must be more obvious then the corn's was. Why don't you pay these people back the monies owed and leave the reptile hobby seeing as it is apparent that you do not know what you are doing (short of starting your own line of pig-tailed snakes).

Andrew and or Heather, have either of you received your refunds yet? I could just wait 4 more days and ask the upstanding individual this thread is about at the Cleveland show but something tells me he will be doing his best to avoid me and this subject for some reason. :dgrin:
 
no i have not, he told me he refund me the other day after i found out the snake had Mites too, (i didn't know from the day i got her because i never had to deal with mites and i didn't know what to look for) However he has Still yet to refund me.. or even give me a time frame...
