Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It hasn't taken 4 years for me to start telling people, it's taken 4 years for you to figure out that I have been telling people.

I am also interested in learning the chain of ownership of that infected animal. It's not very clear. As many hands as it seems to have changed (3) who knows which collections it came in contact with in the meantime.
 
from what he told me it went from the origional breeder to a girl then to him and then to me. he died with me. at least I know that he was in perfect husbandry conditions hen he passes so I pray he was was at least comfortable. and at least I do quarantine -_-
 
thanks maia, and i do agree with the people here, whether it states a definitive diagnosis or not, it has reptile specific ibd all over it, and not a doubt in my mind that ibd is the diagnosis. i agree, it is just a way of covering your a$%, in case legal matters are taken it kind of "keeps them in the clear" for the most part. again, i am very sorry you had to go through this with your snake. its tough, very tough to watch any animal go through any disease, especially one with consquences of ibd.

So james blocked his number. Sounds up to par. In corresponding with Heather I have found out that he provided Heather with an incorrect phone number and address.

I do not unfortunetly. I looked for the box but I'm pretty sure I got thrown out in the move :(
 
correction all the craigslist responses were not all post by one person i posted the original and i saw adleast 3 others up there that were immediately flagged after it was brought out here in the other add i have also gotten emails and phone calls on this issue from people who have bought or traded animals from james and 2 of which had there baby red tails died with in a month so once again more lies!!! James i am not picking on you but you truly are a compulsive liar. you have told me many stories and contradicted your self many times over the phone. the fact is it was recommended you do not buy or sell any animals till you were sure you had no further issues , but instead you supposable gave all your snakes to your subcalled friends accept one . but in your earlier post you once again contradict yourself and catch your self in your own web of lies.once you get called out its poor pitiful me, dont be so mean, i did not do any thing wrong , i did not know ,its every one else. do us all a favor and stay away from the cleveland show. I wouldn't make this a "request." I would contact those responsible for the show, and introduce them to this thread. Let them know that this person is dumping sick snakes (one confirmed IBD diagnose). They may station some watchers at the door to make SURE he brings NO snakes in with him.:thumbsup:

Believe me you that will be done. Either with the promoters assistance or without I will do my best to make sure he is done peddling his animals.

Hello James, look its a nice idea for you to try to make everything right...Again, but i gave in to the fact months ago it wasn't going to happen. Please dont push my trust once again because i have had this conversion with you months ago. if your going to try and look good to cover up that whole sick snake stuff with the other lady. and worried about me coming at you because my snake might be sick with something. i already had a whole range of blood test and more...and that tail she was born with it. but whatever just trying to show she is in good care...am no longer looking for anything from you.but if you now feel its the right thing to do just send it. Please dont go on about it then not do it again...thanks

this happen when another person got a snake from him and died, Due to a highly transferable and tested positive for both IBD and Pneumonia. seemed like he wanted to keep me from yelling at him Incase i saw this and blamed him for any transferable sicknesses from the snake i got from him....as it turns out Ginger (the snake that he was sposse to refund me for) i had checked over with many test and even blood test, (if you remember the tail problem i had) and he said first that it wasn't ever kinked then said he couldn't even see it even in the photos i gave him......my herp vet with out a doubt said the bent tai eitherl: she was Born with it or in bad care and malnourished from when she was little..but in no way was it due to trauma , Blood work came back Odd, so i have to take her to a specialist but proved once again she is in the range of being a normal healthy snake...Now. and besides worms which was treated for, everything is fine now. but really am done with the guy. i dont want to have anymore BS pm from him saying "oh am going to pay you back"...
 
wow.... I hope your baby is ok and sorry you are going through this crap as well.

I emailed him about a week or so ago to ask the status of my refund and I got no answer.

as far as my snakes, SO FAR no one else has ended up dead or acted weird. so I'm hoping they will all be ok.
