    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You took the words right outta my mouth. Afterall, the tail-base is where they store energy for times of stress - but I'm sure Mr. Loud-pants knows that already.
 
Derek can you please let me know if you will be able to receive a package on Tuesday? I would also like to be sure it wont be too hot.
 
Josh tuesday should be okay. I'll check temps in a few. But quote me on this. I will return the 385 after she arrives safe and sound. After all that has gone down here and the added stress of yet another shipping due to the fact of what you make out to be an inch or less in length, once she arrives safe and sound youwill get your 385.
 
I do respect the opinions of this community. While I may not have agreed with everyone, Deborah and Anthony have given me some perspective that made sense after I got the chance to cool down.

I have canceled the dispute with paypal.

I will not seek any further collection efforts.

I will also take this space to publicly apologize to Derek. It was my error to make assumptions based on your post. I do not deserve it as this thread is forever but I ask Derek to forgive me. If you would also confirm in this thread that I have done as stated, I would be grateful.

Now that is said and done Anthony, I will have to pass on group hugs or exchanging of undies. I would offer to buy Derek a beer but seeings that he is 15, I don't think that would be a smart idea.

Thank you. I'm glad we could settle this, I've seen some pretty harsh boi posts and although this wad not a good situation it was a lot better than others. Thank you for everybody's cooperation. :)
 
I'm a little confused still I'm awaiting a reply text message from josh to see if he's going to keep her, but either way yes it did end wonderfully :)

We could get him one of those 'near beers' as they are affectionately called - the ones that have no alcohol (or taste). That will also serve the purpose of keeping him a non-alcoholic for life!

That's why it is sooo important to not start a bad-guy BOI on someone unless they really, truely deserve it. Hopefully, people will take the time to read this thread and find the outcome was in the seller's favor before they pass judgment. I know I have made it a rule if I have a problem with someone, the worst I would do is have a questionmark thingy in the front of the thread in case it did turn out that I was wro -wron- mistaken. Don't laugh, it happened once last year!
 
OK, I'm late to the game but I do have a few questions.....

1) The email / Pm's shown start after arrival. You said he sent you the tracking # which would be in the messages not posted. Can you post those so we can see everything?

2) related to #1 - Why is that marked ATTEMPTED? I'm guessing the answer is in the tracking info and that's why it's not posted. Prove me wrong please.

3) Is it just me or does the live animal sticker on the box look cut right along the seam? looks like a repack job. Was there originally a top piece of styrofoam insulation? Doesn't mean that's not the same animal, or that that's not what it looked like out of the box. But would show a tendency to try to make things look favorable to you.

Other than that the animal looked pretty good for being in a box with no water or food for 2 days. A malnourished animal doesn't bounce back that good in a day.
