50% deposit was sent on October 5th, 2009 it wasn't until November 12th, 2009 until he 'said' he recieved the permits.
On November 18th, 2009 he said he booked a flight with AC Live for November 30th, 2009.
Unfortunately November 19th, 2009 was the 45th and last day to put in a dispute for paypal.
On November 29th I sent the other 50% of the total and he even said he would exchange some animals in the shipment to help me out.
On November 30th I called him after he emailed me and informed me that USFW found animals that were CITES and not on the permit and that he would be fined and that he was going to LAX to get interviewed.
On December 1st, 2009 he emailed me saying he'd know the status of the shipment.
No contact from him since then.

I will be adding all my numerous emails.

I can only add three babies not four-that is what I meant. Any animals that are not CITES can be added up to a few days before the shipment.

I really don't even know what to say, almost another 1 1/2 weeks on top of the 6 1/2+ weeks already. I'm not pleased at all and this is wreaking havok on my other projects which are held up because of this shipment. I also don't understand the CITES docs, which don't have the correct numbers of the total animals on the shipment.

I need you to make time to send me pictures of the animals in the shipment you're sending me and did you confirm the sexing of each animal with a specfic requested ratio?

Also unless you disagree, I will make payment to you no later than Friday, November 27th 2009. Whatever is left of my name will be shot to shit if anything further goes wrong and I will choose to cancel my order.

Peter, I have sent the airway bill and re export CITES and confirmed that the animals were in stock and ready to ship. That was done over a week ago. I would like to complete this transaction as much as you but i can't take the risk of putting everything in motion and paying all the additional fees if the balance is not going to be paid. So I just got a reply with a different email address so I do not know why I'm being ignored especially since it is the day before the shipment is to be sent out.

I was told the animals were in stock, but never got confirmation of the male:female ratios which I have asked for the past 2 weeks. I also need to take something off the shipment and if possible add additional no-CITES animals.
