Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy DO NOT deal with JAMES EARL !!!!

No one has PROVED he is "Brian Lee"... this thread is about JAMES EARL... and I had a good transaction with JAMES EARL so I posted it... I haven't defended anything but until there is SOLID PROOF I know him as James Earl... I do not jump to conclusions about him being Brian Lee just because someone said he is. Some relatives do live in the same house or close to eachother. I used to live on the same street as my parents and so did my Grandma. Now my aunt and uncle live across the street. It is possible...

I didn't say what took place wasn't crappy either. Yes he could have PMed the OP on Fauna if his phone was in kool-aid. But the OP didn't have a SET date and time to pick up and driving nearly an hour or more with no SET IN STONE information is not really the brightest thing one should do since they had to make room in the snake room, find a friend, load up the trailer, etc.

Again this was a BOI about JAMES EARL and I posted my good transaction because that is what the BOI is for... the good and the bad.
 
Are you forgetting they gave the SAME CELL PHONE NUMBER? Same landline I could understand but the same mobile number???? No...that is how I found this thread, by googling the number. Also Jared says he met and traded with JAMES at the wickwood address, an address that James claimed to have moved out of almost 2 months ago. That claim was made BY "JAMES" IN THIS VERY THREAD! that irrefutable proof of deception.

I am unsubscribing from this thread. It is becomming the same thing over and over. If indeed it comes out that they are one in the same then that will be on James' plate as I have said before in this thread. I merely am stating that I have had a good transaction with said accused of being bad guy and I wanted people to know my transaction was fine. We are all entitled to post our experiences here.

Looking at the situation from a neutral perception (I haven't had any transactions with either guy)...your claims are a difficult to take seriously because knowing that his brother IS a (probable) bad guy, then it is not beyond the realm of possibility that the bother used the phone (I have had family with me that have for one reason or another needed to use my cell).

It is also probable that the brother used the address and James is sticking up for his brother by not revealing all he knows (because if it's the same phone number..he has to know something if he is the one paying the bill).

With those "probables" and the fact that they are bothers, imo, it probably is the best recourse to avoid doing any transactions with either of them. It is unethical that the brother has the ability, even if it's paying the debt himself, to clear this up and refuses. I, too, would want him to meet me with a driver's license if I were in the same situation.:shrug01:
 
Deborah, I understand your point. However, before "Brian" blocked my number my boyfriend and I corresponded multiple times through phone and text message for a little over a month. At no time did anyone named james answer.

I am not discounting your evidence, just saying a bit more is needed if you want to pursuade those that have had a good deal, that they were just "lucky." Timeline (with evidence) would be best since a few of the members seem to be defending the address verification and phone. Perhaps a phone bill with the numbers in question highlighted so that there can be NO DOUBT that the same phone was used mutiple times and it should show the person that the phone belongs to (if I am correct) and not the one answering the phone.

So, if you have multiple phone conversations with this person...I would start there. Because that seems as if it could be the weak link to the whole story that seems to be protecting both the guys in question.

But perhaps in a thread that addresses THAT PERSON, and you can link this thread to it to keep the timelines clear and the people involved can follow the story?

Im not defending anyone other than stating a fact. Wednesday(10/12) I went to wickwood and James got some snakes from me. Thats a fact, I saw it I was there. I dealt with James, he picked up some snakes from me with no problems, that is what I said.

I'm not trying to "persuade" those that have had a good transaction. If you had a good transaction, great...those of us that haven't are looking for answers and insight. Already, conversing with others who have had bad dealings has brought info to the surface and helped make sense of some of this. If there really are two brothers, why hasn't James made even one attempt to show he is who he says? Why did he lie about moving out? Why aren't there any reasons that his "brother used his phone fir over a month? James says the brother admits to owing me money, and everyone wants me to take this up with the brother. Well "Brian" has changed numbers and email. I've asked James for current contact info so that I may try to contact this mystery sibling to get the money owed to me...so far, silence ...not so much as a peep in defense, other than "my brother did it, deal with him". If I am wrong about them being one in the same, it would be ridiculously simple to prove me wrong and make me recant this accusation...who wouldn't defend themselves if accused of something they didn't do?

You could make this ridiculously easy by simply posting the suggested items as screenshots, or following the suggestion of giving the "brother" his own bad guy thread and posting the information there. Just as James lack of response gives you ideas, your lack of action gives the reader ideas.:shrug01:

I am a "reader" and can speak for myself thank you. The ideas I have gotten from this thread have nothing to do with her "lack of action". Her posts are where they belong. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see Nicole has a legitimate gripe and is most likely correct in her assumptions. Time will tell.
