    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

7,112 views of her shenanigans .. I don’t think she knows the impact this thread is going to have .. Seems someone is following in another female Bearded dragon breeders footsteps.
 
Still no refund I don't expect one to be forthcoming either. The 3 babies are now all healthy fat happy little dragons. I will post up pictures of them shortly. As for the vet appt, it went well! No parasites or disease yet but they were vitamin n calcium deficent, so they are being double dosed under a watchful eye to ensure their health and survival! Gotta love rep vets!

I'm pretty disappointed by the fact the OP hasn't gotten a refund. After the seller decided to take the time to type out that long apology I half way expected her to try and make this situation right.

Why waste the time to type all that out if your just going to keep bouncing around Fauna asking to purchase stuff but not refund your customer. That apology doesn't make you look any better if you just disconnect yourself from this situation afterwords.

Personally I hope people are refusing to sell to you until you correct this situation. I sure as heck wouldn't sell an animal to you knowing you cant afford to take care of the ones you currently have.

I am very disappointed and now changed my opinion of the seller. I originally thought she had just made some newb mistakes. I sent her a pm, and she quoted me anonymously some ways back in the thread. That was part of my pm to her. This was before she was looking to buy animals like tegus and others. She never did refund the op then! That stinks!!
Not so sure TailsandScales is on about the right thing, or is being honest about basically anything!
I wrote her again 2 days ago, admonishing her for what I saw in looking to buy some more animals. Told her I'd rather see what she had to say than post again, but she's logged in couple times since then, no reply. So be it. Not someone I'd trust now, totally the opposite of what shoulda happened.

Glad the little ones are doing good now! Yes share some pics! I hope you do get your refund, but even if it happens now, seller's rep is shot.
 
The refund thing

even if she does refund her money she will never see the full amount for the one dragon she paid. Or at least when they refunded mine that is what happened. Then they had the nerve to say the dragon was going to cost more after she laid her eggs. The dragon was skinny and was missing a back foot. Colorful but very thin you could see spine from the picture. I felt sorry for it but was trying to be nice about it.I even offered more on the front end before they went up to 250.00 from 130.00 I offered a little more to try to get her. I wanted to fattten her up. I have a girly that size her stomach drags the ground even when she is not gravid she weighs what a dragon that size should and is very active too.

Here are some new pictures of the babies for everyone. Blue Boy is still the only one under direct concern from me and the Veterinarian. He is the Runt, although he is active and alive, he only eats every couple of days on his own, The rest is syringe feeding the little guy. The pictures are: Blue Boy, Fire, and Tawny. Their sizes (snout to tail) are as follows: BB-3 1/4" Fire- 4 1/2" and Tawny- 4 1/2"

Sorry Jess that she never kept her word and sent you a refund. Also happy to hear the dragons are doing well in your care. But just look at the bright side if anyone ever searches her Business name or Brenda MacSwan dragons this thread will pop up first from now till the end of the internet. So she can hide from you but she can’t hide that she is a dishonest human being from anyone that can google.. :)
 
Craig has a good point. I googled her just to check. I We need to get all these bad guy scammers taken care of!!!! Good work on the babies Jess! You can't keep a good dragon down....or good owner!!!

No Lynn no refund n nothing from her. Unfortunantly 2 more of the babies passed and the vet doesn't think the final little one is going to make it. Despite this she is still being seen every 2weeks by the vet for checkups. My hubby was pretty upset.
 
Awww, after all this you aren't even going to have the babies you tried so hard to save? That stinks!

I wonder if there was something wrong with their insides, that made them pass on?

What a pity you had to go through this, but I am VERY glad you started this thread, people like her should be shot!

I hope this is not too off topic, but a lot of people read the BOI and I thought this might be worth mentioning.

It would be an extreme AORK (act of random kindness) if a breeder who has a bit of an overstock could donate a few babies to Jessica.

The seller clearly has done Jessica wrong here, and a gift of a few babies won't do anything for the seller's reputation which is in the toilet and deserves to stay there, but it might put the universe back in balance to sprinkle a little kindness on this buyer whose dragon babies are dying or dead.
 
I have a bunch of stuff in the incubator and wouldnt mind at all donating a few babies to jessica for all she has went through. We have citrus cross and sunburst eggs due in a couple weeks if jess is interested.
