In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy DTS Herps-buyer beware!!!

Except a true storm-chasin' Scolarophile that is!!!

Mr. S he's our man! If he can't do it -- anyone can!

Remember me Dan? I'm your number one fan!! And am still waiting for the DTS T-shirt you promised me!

These guys sound just like all the others Mr S---with their "Dan did this blah blah"---just like all the others.

On a side note---114 listings? Your place must be DIRTY!

My place is spotless and inspected by fish and game authorities.

Your place is inspected by reform school educators.

Keleida: You did not read the thread carefully. It is against the law to submit a fraud report to the FBI. Juan submitted a non-receipt of goods report which was a lie and bogus. He was refunded my monies as any report, bogus or not, suspends sellers accounts. I paid the refund like I always said I would do. He scammed me out of the snakes and the money. Got it now. If not read the facts of the thread including the FEDEX tracking number and the date of his bogus report.

Not valid my friend to hold the snakes. Holding onto property will loose in court every time. He was contacted several times to return the snakes and I would send his money back and he refused to take it back. He got away with my snakes and money. He filed a bogus report. He b bad boy.

Mr. S,

Can you provide some emails as back up of these allegations?

I am sure you can---I just get confused with all these people blitering conjecture at you when you are just trying to stay the wealthy and extravagant reptile czar that you are.

Go get em' Mr S! I love the "they b" stuff--that's funny! They b stolding your munnehs Mr S! You b right!

Yea, read Juans own explanation as to why he filed the report. He said he was afraid to be scammed but he knows my friends and knows I told him he had to be home to receive the snakes in a week or two when they arrived or I would send him my stock when he returned. He agreed on the phone and then hangs up and then files a bogus report of non-receipt of goods and boards an airplane the same day for alaska.

A real class act. If you believe a single word or sentence he wrote, then you are accepting to be fooled and no insult intended.

Sellers Beware: Mr Liar Garcia is a bad bad bad dude.

Mark, read the thread and the facts of the bogus report and the fedex tracking number is posted on one of those posts. That is all of the evidence you need. I cannot forge a FBI report nor a FEDEX tracking number.

I b readin that already---but them parts b sayin that you b shippin the wrong snakes to Juan.

Then him b receivin snakes that b the wrong ones--even though the trackin number b correct? Do I b right?

Dan, we realize that Juan received goods. He didn't receive the goods he was promised, however. He paid for something specific, and he did not receive it. Obviously the FBI haven't found his claim bogus, as they haven't paid him a visit yet.

Heather my friend, I don't think you understand.

You have been totally mislead by Mr. Liar Garcia.

The FBI does not make a visit if anyone files a legitimate or bogus complaint. At best, they telephone or send a letter.

Again, you have not read the facts of the case here.

Again, he has mislead you. Do not believe a single word he wrote.

To be eligible to submit a report to the FBI's internet fraud web page, you MUST submit the complaint as a non-receipt of good. There are no other exceptions and they do not care if the goods were live or dead or a monkey buy and receiving a horse. They do not care if the receiver is dissatisfied, even if justified or else they would receive 1 billion complaints a day from EBAY. Now Mr. Liar Garcia clicked on the button to fraud the FBI that he did not receive any goods. He lied. He did indeed received 4 snakes and reported only one with blisters and was told to send them all back the same day for remedy of new snakes or a refund. He refused the refund and kept the snakes. I heard nada from him until months later when he said one died which may have been bogus. If he frauded his government (the FBI), then who is to ever believe any word he says.

Heather:

Understand this:

I will pay you to send me 4 of your bearded dragons, and when one arrives misrepresented with blisters, I am going to demand you send me another 4 before sending these back.

On top of it, and despite I received the 4 dragons, I am going to file a bogus complaint of NON-RECEIPT of goods with the FBI and it will automatically suspend your seller's account with the company you advertise with. Also, I am going to tell you that they all died and not provide any evidence despite you are quite aware I have a camera.

And when you cannot wait 4 weeks for the bogus complaint to be processed, you will have to refund my monies in order to get your account reactivated to continue business and pay your bills.

I will now have your 4 bearded dragons, my money back, and you will have a bogus complaint against you with the FBI.

That is what Mr. Liar Garcia did to me. Nothing less. Oh, and he created a bogus report on the BOI over it.

If you trust Mr. Liar Garcia, then send him your four bearded dragons.

I would not send him anything but a swift kick in his arss down the steps and into the gutter where he belongs.

Is this the report form or was it a different one?

How did they cheat you? (Please choose the best answer.)

This complaint deals with renting property (including real estate)

They never delivered the product or service (also select this if they sent worthless junk-like a box filled with wadded up paper)

The product was a fake

The product was stolen

The product arrived, but you're not satisfied with it or it doesn't match the description

You're a seller and the buyer cheated (or attempted to cheat) you

It was about money, but it wasn't about something that you buy or sell

You never authorized a purchase, but you're being charged for one

Something else

There are no other exceptions and they do not care if the goods were live or dead or a monkey buy and receiving a horse.

Actually, yes they do. My aunt filed a complaint for the same thing with a very similar situation, and they followed through.
They do not care if the receiver is dissatisfied, even if justified or else they would receive 1 billion complaints a day from EBAY.
I'm sure they receive alot of complaints, but who are you to say that they don't care? Are you an F.B.I. agent? Do you have family or friends that deals in the area of the F.B.I.? If not, then stop making assumptions. Obviously they do, because they did something about.

Okay... lets say you agree on (entirely fictional) blue bearded dragons, that is what you pay for, and she sends you red bearded dragons. Yes, you received goods, but NOT THE AGREED UPON AND PAYED FOR GOODS. This is a non-reciet of the agreed upon and paid for goods, therefor it is a non-receit of goods.

And again, you are being rude and disrespectful.

Hey Mr. S---that's nothing---listen to this.

One time--I had this dream---and I lived in Milwaukee and worked at a brewery. And you were my roommate. As a matter of fact, we were Laverne and Shirley!

Which one would you be Mr S? Laverne or Shirley???

Are you asking me to post a copy of the report he submitted?

I never received a copy of the report. There was no investigation. Mr. Liar Garcia is just a big FRAUD is all. I called the FBI the very next day and provided them the tracking number of the FEDEX shipment proving delivery, and Mr. Liar Garcia's bogus report was terminated.

I just checked back on some information and discovered the report was termed non-deliveryof goods, not non-receipt so I guess I am tired and need some sleep as I got the terms mixed.

I submit the one had blisters but the others seemed fine, however I asked him to send them back. Read my emails months ago asking him many times to send them back. He held them for months or should say his roommate held them for months while Mr. Liar Garcia was away in Alaska.

So his roommate kept the snakes for months while Mr. Liar Garcia was away and Mr. Liar Garcia submitted a bogus report to extort funds and he ran off with the snakes and the money. I was never provided any photos of their demise and he has a great camera, so why no photos of them ever? He has 2000 emails but no pictures. And if they died months later, my guarantee does not cover that despite I was kind to offer more snakes or a total refund during any time of this transaction.

In any event, I have to hit the rack shortly as I am quite sleepy now.

Dan,
Would you explain why you think his report (and any investigation) was terminated? My apologies if you have already done so, but this thread grew a lot in the 30 + hrs I was away from the computer...

If there was no report and the entire incident was "bogus" then, once again, why did you immediately refund him with vigorish added in?

I B confused

I B confused

I think it was because his account was frozen, and the refund was the quickest way to reactivate it...and the extra money was to compensate for paypal fees, since so much time had gone by that he couldn't refund the initial payment.
